5th post office of the day. Had a 9 am appointment at another place the photo lady was not there. Come here after 3 more visits and they dont do walk ins even though it says it on their website. Federal employeees are the worst at every level

Both women that were working on a Saturday were just bitter and rude. I went for a passport and had an appointment. I was standing underneath the passport sign. The lady with the short hair snapped at me and told me to go stand by the wall. I apologized and pointed at the passport sign, and she said that "that's just a sign, and it has nothing to do with that passports". So, I stood at the wall for 20 minutes while she waited on other customers and was mean to almost all of them.Finally, the passport lady came and took two other customers that had passport questions under the "passport sign". I walked over and told her that I had a appointment. Then I got snapped at by her that I wasn't standing in the passport window. Which is where the other woman told me to move from. What?? I said that the passport sign above is confusing and she very rudely said that they are all licensed to do passports so it doesn't matter, and if I would like to speak to a manager I could. I didn't ask to speak to a manager. She offered it as if I was the one making a scene! Almost every customer they snapped at. People in line were just shaking their heads. If you both are so miserable at your job, you should quit rather than making everyone else's life miserable.

As a small minority business owner My company got a contract to bring pallets to these post office and one of the employees in there convince her other coworkers that I was the bad guy. Around this time I was already upset from my first encounter with her that I really didn't wanna speak to anyone else but just do my job and go. Things got worst when Ray the postmaster already with his mind made up pick his employee side with out knowing what really happen started to assert his dominance on me and try to make me feel that people that look like me are the problem. After a back and forth discussion his true colors came out and curse me out and told me to take back the pallets that are stack with customers packages putting his pride and ego over his customers packages. He threw F-bombs at me and try to belittle me and went as far as threatening me to make a report to lose my company contract. This is your typical karen behavior that goes around this country with people like Ray who find joy and excitement in making minorities lose the little bit they have because as he said he don't care if I file a complaint against him. Because according to him nothing will be done. But I guess I blame myself for it because how dare I make a white older woman upset by questioning her. They need to investigate this place he will be a liability to the town of Enfield.

Why would the USPS remove the drive up Mailbox? Thank you from all the Disabled People, Seniors, People recovering from injury or simply others that have mobility challenges. The drive up Mailbox was a welcomed tool for many years. You can certainly do better USPS.

Make sure you don't need to park in the Handicapped parking spaces at the Chick-Fil-A in Enfield. Guy parked his truck there to deliver mail to the business and when he came out I asked if he knew it was a handicapped space. His answer? "Yeah I know". I then proceeded to ask him: "That's illegal isn't it?" And his response was "No it isn't" as he smirked and got back in his truck. Well, it certainly is illegal. His supervisor confirmed that for me. Also confirmed she knew who it was and she didn't seem surprised. My father is a disabled veteran and needs these spaces so we can put the wheelchair ramp of his van down and he can get out.

Went to the enfield location to pick up a package of live animals lady at the desk said my package wasn’t their didn’t even look into her system and I pointed out my package was right behind her does the post office just hire terrible employees or what shouldn’t have to tell them how to do their job. Terrible customer service.

So rude to me in person when I moved here . I didn't understand where my mail was and was asking to get literally yelled at by the lady behind the desk and I'm guessing manager . Poorly handled situation that made me feel beyond stupid had me in tears my way home .

The worst customer service, went to get a passport done that I scheduled a week and some change ago, was 9 minutes late due to traffic and she took someone else 6 minutes ahead of there appt. I asked if I can wait until they're done since I took time off work to do this and she responds with "Nope that's what appointments are for, get here on time next time. After I'm done with them I'm taking someone else and then we're closed." They close at 5, it was 1. I explained I was late due to traffic due to traffic and she repeated with "make it on time, not my problem." No people skills, rude, uncaring. Drive the extra 2 miles, they don't deserve your business.
