There was an older woman who was very rude, and provided terrible customer service.
Thankfully, there was a younger individual who helped me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention helpful. She paid attention to detail, and really took her time to ensure the best service was provided.
The older woman bashed the other employees in front of customers which is terribly unprofessional and unnecessary. I can only imagine how grueling it must be to work with her and I am thankful I do not.

Never had any negative issues at this UPS store. Always nice, lady held the door open for me when she was leaving (she had UPS uniform on). The older gentleman, however, needs to smile more and greet the customers when they walk in.

Go somewhere else. Or you could invest some of your money in their expert taping service for $4 for a 4 inch piece of tape. Guess customer service is dead to this store.

Employees have bad attitudes and charge $3.00 for a single piece of tape. They are on a power trip. UPS should be more policy friendly and maybe more people would like using them to ship. Read customer service training “give them the pickle!”

Believe the reviews about the old lady with white hair ..This is coming from someone who doesn't write reviews either. Absolutely the rudest person I've come across at a place. Not quite sure how she still has a job, but she needs to stay away from the general public and learn how to speak to people. Do yourself a favor and go to staples instead, you'll thank me later.
