“I called on a Friday morning looking to book an appt to get all new brakes on my ‘21 Subaru Crosstrek (I drive for work) the following week or week after. John, the owner, had time to get me in that day and within an hour my car was on the lift.
He called a bit later to explain the estimate (which was much lower than the dealership where I usually get service done (I know…)). I gave the go-ahead and the car was back to me by late afternoon.
John and his staff took the time to explain every aspect of what they had done, to an extent that was beyond what I had received from other shops but explained in a way I could understand.
About 500 miles after the service, the brakes have settled in and the car feels so much safer and responsive. I cannot say enough positive things about Country Auto Care, and I will be bringing my car there for service from now on. Brilliant shop!”
“They listen to what I have to said about the problem with the car took the car for a test drive. He explained to me the possibility of the problem and he kept looking and find out the car possible and took care. He told me to go back if the problem come back. So far so good. I will recommend his place to anyone that need his services.”

I was nervous at first but once I listened to the boss man talk, I was in. He knew exactly what he was doing and I was going to be well taken care of. It's about a month later and my trucks shifting perfectly, he took the time to tell me everything they did and what upgrades went into it to eliminate the factory issues they come with. “Kind people, gast service. Went in for an emissions check. They got us right in and we're done in 10 minutes. Effective and efficient work, which was appreciated. They had some snacks in the lobby and a TV to watch cops chase bad guys while you waited for your car. All in all great experience. Emissions are cash only so bring cash.”

Fantastic experience, it was late and almost 5pm, they were about to close but I need a pre-inspection done on a car I was about to buy. I was able to reschedule to the next day, but even before I left the lot that night, they pointed an issue with the vehicle. When I go to get the car inspected, they noticed so many issues, and helped me avoid excessive costs and repairs I would have done as a buyer. I walked away from the deal confident with my decision. They even recommended me to a fantastic extended warranty as a mechanic. I only wish I lived closer I would use them all the time.”
“Always a good experience here! In and out quickly for a service recall on my 2024 Chevy Trax. Notable during my visit was a nice gentleman who guided me to pull further into the bay to allow other cars behind me. He also opened the door and welcomed me warmly/professionally into the service area. I think he was also the shuttle driver as I saw him drive off moments later. What a nice touch as I've never had that kind of welcome for "service" during my visit in a dealership! Keep it up. I also want to give a shout out to Brian who may be the Manager, not sure. He is always so pleasant and friendly - a real asset to your team. He invited me to sit in the waiting room, but it was crowded. It was such a lovely day I opted to sit outdoors. He went the extra mile and brought one of the high chairs outside for me to use. Kudos and top notch all the way around!!”
