“Took our car here when it started overheating. Billy the owner was awesome, professional and courteous, answered all my questions and my many phone calls to the shop. Got our water pump replaced and our timing chain for a fair price and in a timely manner. They also replaced a hose that was brittle and falling apart and I wasn't charged for. I think we found a great shop to bring our cars to and not feel like we're being taken advantage of! Thanks for all your help!!”

“Brought my car in to be fixed and once again had a great experience with Town Line! My car needed both mechanical and body work done. They answered all my questions (I had a lot) and really made the process so easy for me. When I picked my car up, not only did they wash/wax the outside, but the whole inside was clean and sparkly as well! It looked like it had just come from being detailed. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, customer service was great, and they really treat you like they care about you coming back again in the future. “I had waited over 3 hours for AAA towing to show up and they never showed up and never called or texted after the original text that my tow request had been received. I was on an exit ramp of I-91 North. After waiting for 3 hours for AAA, a friend of mine called the State Police and the State Police called CJ's Towing. My driver, Abneil Beretto, was kind, professional and everything I would have wanted from the AAA Roadside Service and I didn't receive. I highly recommend CJ's Towing, the driver, Abneil, and State Police Trooper Driscoll. AAA Roadside Service? Not so much.....”
