Absolutely excellent experience here my car had some coolant issues. Ken and Eric pulled it right in and took care of it!!! Very reputable in my opinion I overheard them on the phone talking to a customer about try this before you spend money companies don't do that anymore!!! It's nice to see your business willing to help its Community to fix problems instead of bring it in and you end up getting charged for things that aren't even wrong. Just wanted to say thank you to Ken and Eric entire country for helping me get my car back on the road!!!!! I will definitely see you guys again at Tire country when I have more issues with the vehicle!!!

I went here three months ago. The guy literally talked me out of getting new tired. I needed tires and was ready to spend some cash.He told me I should come back in the fall.Lol...he literally talked me out of getting tires.Oh well.

This is more informational. I Googled for emissions centers and they came up. Went there and was told they never have done emissions. Google needs updating.

Tire country is a very good business . they are very proffesional ,and gave me great service . I needed a new rim because the crooks a tire maxx on rt. 5 in enfield bent one of my rims . Tire country had the rim that I needed and it was in stock . Ill never go anywhere else for service from now on.

My friend who is a 70+ year old woman recently purchased purchased 4 new tires from Tire Country of Enfield. After a day one of the tires went flat and got damaged because the shop didn’t also replace the old & dry cracked tire valve stem which is standard procedure when replacing tires. The owner of the shop was extremely rude & vulgar to her son who was trying to resolve the issue for her because she was unsure what to do. The shop did not resolve the issue and now she will have to go buy a new tire and have the valve stem’s replaced at a shop that will perform the task properly. To sum it up this shop is a ripoff that won’t stand behind their own work.Service: Tires

*AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS*My mother brought her car to Tire Country of Enfield this past Tuesday to purchase 4 new tires for her car. The following day one of the tires went almost flat and damaged the sidewall of the tire. After inspection of the new tires I found that the rubber valve stem’s weren’t replaced when the new tires were mounted and balanced. My mother then called the shop and was told that valve stems are good for the life of the car. Anyone who knows anything about tires knows that this is simply not true and valve stem’s should be replaced each time tires are replaced on older vehicles without tire pressure monitors. When I addressed this issue with the shop I was told I was wrong and didn’t know what I’m talking about. The manager then proceeded to start making insults and swearing at me saying he’s been replacing tires for 60 years and doesn’t replace rubber valve stem’s with new tire installation’s as it isn’t necessary. He then proceeded to try and charge to repair what was caused by his negligence. Long story short my elderly mother is now out a tire and will need to purchase a new one. The car will be going to a reputable shop now to have all 4 valve stem’s and one new tire replaced. Very dishonest business practices and trying to take advantage of elderly woman who didn’t know better. Beware of this shop and dishonest staff that uses shady practices.Service: Tires

BEWARE - this supposed “tire shop” does not change simple valve stems when they sell you tires. Tire went flat shortly after the sale, and the sidewall was destroyed from running flat. The owner is totally unprofessional and won’t take responsibility for a job done incorrectly. He will have a loud outburst temper tantrum and yell obscenities at you instead of rectifying the problem. Just awful! 0/10 would not recommend.Service: Tires

I've been coming here for years, for tires, oil changes and general repairs. Owner Ken and his main helper Eric are always quick to get the job done, do it well! The prices are always fair and the advice is good!

Had oil and grease done to truckThey never greased it.Wanted transmission fluid and filter changed in truck. Owner talked me into having fluid changed using their filtering machine. He said no need to change filter even though I told him it was slipping sometimes. $100 wasted. Had to have truck towed and filter and fluid changed three weeks later. That fixed the problem.Services: Transmission
