First time using this pharmacy and I have to say I’m so happy I decided to use them. Will never go to any other pharmacy. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me. I greatly appreciated it as it’s tough to find a pharmacy like that nowadays. Will never go back to cvs

Switching to this pharmacy was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my entire life-For starters, Jenn is without a doubt theeee kindest, most helpful, professional, knowledgeable Pharmacist’s I’ve ever dealt with and she does it ALL. By that I mean she’s not only the problem solver, the reason everything runs as smoothly & organized as it does, etc. etc. But she’s quite literally the glue that holds that entire Pharmacy together. Based off of my experience as a Customer, it seems as though when she’s there, she’s either the only one or she’s working with one other person. Yet on the days she’s off, they’ve got like 4 employees back there. So to whomever employes Ms. Jenn, I really hope you realize what an extraordinary Pharmacist she is and how valuable she is. To anyone contemplating, I 1,000% recommend this pharmacy. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I mean never has a Pharmacy been more on top of my meds than I have….up until coming here.Lastly, I wouldn’t feel right concluding this novel of a review, without making special mention of Ms. Casey, of whom is an absolute doll and is also exceptional at her job. Aside from Jenn, she’s the only other one I’d go to in the event I was having a problem with refills, insurance, etc. Which is great considering either one of them is usually always there. Hope this helps!

The Route 30 Natick Stop and Shop is awful. Highly overpriced. Empty shelves most of the time. One cashier on duty when there are 16 stations. Market Basket has them beat hands down! Once an icon of shopping, it now, too often, looks like a third world store.

Front end supervisors are very rude and no customer service (Claudia & Marie) West Caldwell NJ. They bully and harass there employees in front of customers, no people skills at all. I say if you ever want to go see a circus just come to the Stop & Shop in West Caldwell NJ you will get a free show and a front row seat! I have no idea how that store is still opened. It’s always empty there’s no customers and the employees with the title are rude no people skills.

I had never been to this Stop and Shop at all, but on a friend's suggestion, I decided to give them a try. Super friendly and very helpful. Great advice and fast prescription fill. I'm sure this sounds like an advertisement, but I will be making this my primary pharmacy. Thank you to the pharmacy and thank you to the friend that suggested them.

It's understandable that prices go up due to the cost of fuel. The price on food is absolutely ridiculous in your stores. First of all, most employees were furloughed during the strike and replaced with self checkout because of corporate greed. Second. If im doing all the work myself and getting gouged at the same time, doesn't it make sense to lower the prices so it can be more affordable? You don't employ many people and have a useless robot that only gets on your way.

I placed a cake order on Thursday for my daughter's 13th bday which is today, they called me this morning to tell me that they don't make the kind of cake that I requested. Horrible service¡!!

Poor service, while I was trying to get my Google pay to work I turned around and the manager and customer service girl were just standing there staring and whispering like I was gonna steal there cupcakes!! I told them they should be ashamed of themselves and left, the girl mumbled under her breath and luckily for her I didn't hear it. how ignorant some people are

I ordered a peanut butter ice cream cake for my son for his 10th birthday. I got a text saying delivery will arrive 5-7pm. It arrived at 9pm. The cake was a car crash! It was bagged sideways. Who bags a cake on its side?! And it was all a liquid mess. I have a very disappointed 9yo boy with liquid peanut butter for his birthday “cake”!!
