I returned an Amazon purchase and got $10 off a $30 purchase. Not only was it super easy, they're open longer than the ups store. I ended up selecting an office chair that was on sale and in stock. However, there was only one person available to pull the chair and he had a few other customers before me. Since I'm patient, I waited in my office chair and downloaded the app. I had trouble signing in and lost interest. Well, after a pretty modest 10 minutes, Brian came to assist. It was worth the wait. Despite the busy back to school rush, he was on point/ offered me all the options plus 25% off a floormat/ signed into my app for me and got me an extra $5. Did I mention he carried it to the car? All of the employees were super helpful. Hard working and friendly. I appreciate the smiles.

I went to staples today. I needed help with a few things. So I walked up to the desk and asked Jacqueline to help me. She hands me her card and walks away. I said I need help. She ignored me and my husband. So I had to ask the young man that was busy. If he would help me. Those 2 guys were great! Help with everything. She wasn't doing anything. But looking at the computer. Very rude! Otherwise. Everyone else is great!

Yesterday, Brian in the copy center helped me to do a rush printing job for an upcoming bridal shower. His suggestion of using the label paper was perfect for the DIY project. Thank you Brian

Went to staples to get passport pictures ,they took twice and still came out very dark.Not happy and paid 15 bucks for two picsif anyone needs passport pics please go to AAA OR CVS

I had memorial posters to print in a rush, but I had no idea what I was doing and was in a frantic panic. Bryan not only did everything for me, but was so kind and helped me feel at peace. He went well above and beyond. The team even got the job done before the due time.

I needed new AirPods after mine had fully stopped working. Bryan was amazing in helping me get a new pair! I ended up paying $10 less for the retail price on the AirPods. Here’s how Bryan did it: $30 deduction/price match with Target, Staples 3-year protection plan for $30 (versus the 2-year Apple protection plan for $30), and he installed the Staples app on my Dad’s phone and we got an additional $15 off. Bryan was professional, personable, and provided exceptional customer service!

Went to staples today to buy an ink cartridge and some notebooks, and a woman in a worn yellow T-shirt walked by, consciously almost hitting my daughter, then approached us in the next aisle when the day planner we were looking at fell apart in my daughters hands. She rudely demanded the notebook while holding out her hand. When I went to the register to pay for our purchases, I realized that she was an employee because she rudely approached the the Cashier behind the register and interrupted our transaction. I asked the cashier who this woman was and her response was that she was another employee named Heidi. Heidi was not dressed in staples attire, I thought she was another customer, and when I found out that she was an employee, I was shocked at how she spoke to and treated her patrons. Staples, Is this how you train your employees?

A cashier went to the back aisles and asked me to leave more than an hour before their closing time because "there weren't enough customers in the store to stay open?!?!?!"
