Went in today as a last ditch effort to fix my watch after being told by a neighboring store that it can’t be done (who then tried to sell me a new watch). The guy at the front desk had it fixed in three minutes and refused to take any money. I have never been to this store before and now they have a new customer.... read full comment

I went here to get a necklace of mine fixed and Tom was great! Unlike other jewelry stores in Enfield they were kind and talked me through the repair. I will be recommending this jeweler to all my friends and family. While I didn’t buy anything this time the inventory was superb!
