Gabriella the teller is incredibly rude and should consider switching careers if she’s so unhappy working in the banking industry. I was very put off by her behavior.

I'd give this no stars if possible. Slow. Ridiculous rules, tried to cash my payroll check they asked for a copy of my car registration. Fees for everything. Absolutely worst bank I've ever been to.

I have been a customer of Santander Bank for several years. They have always shown initiative, been accurate, courteous, friendly, efficient and professional. I have never seen a grumpy personality amongst any of the staff.despite the many challenges covid has presented..Thank you Santander Bank, Enfield, CT....
