Gabriella the teller is incredibly rude and should consider switching careers if she’s so unhappy working in the banking industry. I was very put off by her behavior.

I'd give this no stars if possible. Slow. Ridiculous rules, tried to cash my payroll check they asked for a copy of my car registration. Fees for everything. Absolutely worst bank I've ever been to.

I have been a customer of Santander Bank for several years. They have always shown initiative, been accurate, courteous, friendly, efficient and professional. I forgot my money once and I came back, just hoping maybe I left it on the counter, but honestly I wasn't expecting tje clerk would be so honest and gave me my money, she did a recount and had extra money yhe amount I forgot to pick up. I was so relieved. The girls behind the counter are always thoughtful, caring and well informed.
