Brought my car in for the transmission fluid to be changed . The car was checked . The oil was changed and the windshield fluid was replaced. Everything was done in a timely manner . I would go back again if I needed other work done .

Had my car in the shop for exhaust work and the mechanic broke my door handle? He said this happens all the time and after a discussion on how i wasnt to be charged, i see that they did charge me for the part but bot to install. Why should i pay for something that they broke? Im looking to get a refund of $200

Great experience with Raffia Road Service Center. It's been there for at least 40-45 years. I was buying a used car nearby, and after reading the great reviews on Google, I called and asked if they inspected used cars for people before they bought them. They said yes and I made an appointment. Although they said they'd need the full day to look at it, Ken called around noon and explained everything they found. They were very thorough, even creating a report with pictures. Then, Ken texted me a couple of days later to check to make sure everything went well with the car. Incredible service and I would go there if we were ever buying cars in the area again.

I went to Raffia Road service to have my brakes checked out. I received a call from Ken who told me there was nothing wrong with my brakes. I can truly say with no hesitation I really liked their honesty and I surely recommend going there.
