Petco has gone down hil but frank at the register today stepped up the game to help me out my puppy chewed her harness in the truck had to stop with my 5yo dog and a 3month old puppy he helped fit her and put the harness on for me thank you so much

The place is close to other stores which is helpful. The staff are few, but they care, which is nice. That membership thing they have comes in clutch. I'd recommend it especially if you have more than one pet.
But the store has a distinct animal smell. Like, ayo. Otherwise, good location.

No one would help us even going up to people. They ignored me. Don’t go for the reptiles as they barely have anything for them. I tried going here multiple times but every time I have to just walk out because it is so awful!

I was stocking up on food for our exotic birds, and getting treats for our dog's. Spent nearly $300. The clerk at the register helped me sign up to a rewards program they have for $10. a month, or $120 per year. Considering We have 4 birds and 3 dogs, I greatly appreciate the $40. in savings I got by signing up!
