This is pretty much my go to place when I need a car part and don't know the part outright. The price is decent, and it's workers are pretty straightforward with you. Why 3 stars? Because they are decent all around, they are not bad but at the same time they are not at the top top of the line. At the same time though I would definitely recommend them over and over again.

Always a good experience. There are a few experienced people and newer people. A good mix of both and the newer people seem willing to ask the older people for help when needed. That's important. Definitely recommend.

On 6-20-2022 my friend went to this Napa because her battery light was on. I know Napa training says to look over the car while your under the hood to see if there are worn parts. They did a battery test and said it was a bad battery. They then sold her a $189 battery to which she brought to me to install.It was a matter of seconds under the hood when I noticed that her serpentine belt had snapped because it was old and dry-rotted.So I drove her back to get the serpentine belt and informed them that the belt was the issue, not the battery. To which they responded with attitude, defending the fact that the battery was no good. No acknowledgement of them overlooking the serpentine belt being detached.So, we get the belt and it turns out that it was the wrong belt. On the receipt was the correct part number but the part itself, was a different part number. One that was too short. So 3 trips, an hour and a half of my time, all of five minutes to install the new belt and it is fixed. This deserves a 1 star.

Went there looking for a bolt. Got the typical autozone questions. Year make model engine size. Typed in the computer. We don't have it. Went to Napa in windsor locks. He checked the thread and length and LOOKED FOR IT. They gave me the bolt that worked. Enfield has LAZY computer jockeys. Don't waste your tome there go straight to windsor locks.

Is this Napa is simply the worst I went there to return something the lady wouldn't do it It's because it was gonna make their store look bad she was super rude. I had to drive all the way to Bloomfield!! I'm so upset I might not ever use never again. When I spend mad money there. The lady told me her boss would be mad if I return something there from different store. Whoever the boss is from this location I suggest you start treating customers better
