I was terrified something was going to go wrong and the truckload of my entire life’s material contents would be destroyed or lost or delayed in some way. But they showed up on time, a nice dude by the name of “dynamite” Doug was patient with all my questions and explained everything in great detail, then they picked up on time, stayed in close contact with me by text and phone, and a week later dropped off on time at my new home, and everything in the truck was in tact!
