It’s sad to see so many bad reviews of this establishment because I have a fantastic one. I had a rattling going on, and some vibrations at higher speeds. They did a wheel balancing for me and found something other mechanics never noticed about my aftermarket rim that could actually be causing the problem. I ordered the part I need for it and they told me to bring it back and they’ll put it on for me. They were extremely caring and thorough and showed compassion for the fact I am a mom with a one year old in my arms and need to have a safe vehicle to transport my child and just really went above and beyond for me. I asked for a lot and they didn’t bat an eye when checking those things for me. The rattling is still a mystery, we’re hoping this part may help with that as well, but visibly we can see my heat shield is a little loose. I’m glad I had them check my sway bar links before I paid all this money somewhere else to have them done for no reason. I really wish I knew the other mechanics name, but Austin is awesome and a really nice guy. Oh and I called and asked if I could bring it in right then and there, he said come on in! And got on it right away, I was out of there in a good amount of time for all they checked out for me plus the tire balancing on all four tires

This may be the absolute worst location to ever get anything done. They have zero clue whats going on or how to do anything. It almost like they want to shut down. Horrible service. Manny and Austin are NOT at all service orientated and do very little to assist. Since Bill left it is an Absolute disaster. AVOID at all costs.

I am a very unhappy customer! I SCHEDULED an oil change for noon, leaving myself plenty of time to get to my doctor's appt. I was STILL WAITING, almost 3hrs later, have no car and am being charged for my missed doctor's appt.
To say that I'm mad would be an understatement! As it is I'm paying $117 for this simple service, now I'll be charged $260 for missing my appt.
Your people should be ashamed of themselves. Do not book appointments you cannot honor! I would atleast like this service reimbursed since I still have to eat the doctor's office fee!
Please let me know how you will be handling this immediately.
Additionally, upon checking my receipt, listed on the front are several of the "additional setvices" listed as no charge, but on the report page of how everything looked (ie. Tire tread depth, etc.) the results are listed as "NC" ( not checked)! Are you kidding? What is that???
My window washer fluid says "ok" on the receipt, but vehicle light is telling me it's empty?
My Tire pressure light is on, but my tire pressure results are listed as 35, 35, 35 & 5! (Upon visually and manually checking myself, it was obviously not 5! But 35 was not accurate either! I was too late and too angry to try and speak with anyone while I was there, also overhearing something about only an "acting manager" being there who was one of the people working with my car and telling me "almost done" several times throughout my 3rd hour of waiting, so it was clear he did not care and would not be the one I should speak to about this. And now I'm glad I waited so that I could also see all the discrepancies on my receipt which just add more to this awful experience and terrible service I received.
Truthfully, I understand sometimes "things happen", but this was above and beyond unacceptable. I would very much appreciate to hear how this will be handled in light of all the consequences this visit cost me.

Too much to list! No sense of urgency, making up reasons for vehicle not being done, caught in a straight up lie, not bothering calling any other place to get a part needed except the part store across the street, had to go get the parts needed myself to avoid another 3 hours on top of the 3 days they had it! Now ABS light is on, I’m bringing it somewhere else! These guys, at this location, aren’t qualified to put air in the tires! No apologies, no discounts, just totally didn’t care! Never again!

I used to come here for services on my Jeep but unfortunately they have lost my business for good. I most recently took my car here for an oil change and to diagnose an unknown rattling noise; left with just an oil change and driving an unsafe vehicle. Long story short, upon inquiring about the origin of the noise, I was met with a vague answer that it was all set and good to go. As I drove off I knew they hadn’t done anything about my concern as the noise was still there. Turns out, my car needed a rather serious repair and Monro let me go without so much as a written work up or inspection. I am disappointed that I received such careless service even after bringing a problem to their attention. Luckily I found a shop that will take my concerns seriously and I will be going there from now on.

I went in for an oil change and they ran out of oil. They told me this while my vehicle was on the lift. Then they sent a tech to go buy oil from autozone. All told i was there for 2-2.5 hours for an oil change.
Not to worry- i was charged the full amount. And i didnt bill them for my hourly rate.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told I didn't need one at this time. Most places would have just done the work without informing me about that. I just wanted to say Thank You for being honest and doing a great job! :)

Horrible service and prices. I’ve been going to Monro for several years, and the new management is unprofessional. Bill was way better. I used to pay around $70 for an oil change, and they wanted to charge me $114. This place used to be good. Read the recent reviews, they are all negative. I would not recommend this place anymore. They lost my trust.

I came in for an oil change for my car. Called the day before to schedule an appointment with Austin on the phone. He was very kind. I was in and out within an hour. He kept me updated throughout the process. Dustin and the other guys that were there did a great job. Thank you guys so much.

THIS PEOPLE LOVE TO STEAL PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
MY CAR BROKE DOWN IN THE HIGHWAY, LAST OPTION WAS TO SIT THE CAR IN THERE FASILITIES. (WAS THE CLOSEST ONE).
FEW DAYS LATER...... BOOM...... THEY CHARGE ME OVER 1000 DOLLARS AND MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS MISSING.
IF IT WAS A DOLLAR THING OR A THOUSAND DOLLAR THING AT THE AND OF THE DAY IS MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
IF ONLY I COULD GIVE 0 STAR WOULD-BE PERFECT.
THIS FASILITY HERE IS NOT A TRUST ONE.
NO PROFESIONAL MANAGEMENT AND VERY ANGRY ALTITUDE WHEN I DID THE RECLAMATION.
I WANT MY BELONGINGS ASAP !!!

We came in for brake problems. We provided the parts and we knew that the brake pump and calipers needed to be replaced. We towed the car there and found out upon arrival that they don’t even do the brake pump which no one told us over the phone. The mechanic then told us that the caliper would be a temporary fix but make the car safe enough to drive to another repair shop to have the brake pump put on. It took them FOUR DAYS to put the caliper on. Finally we arrive to pick up the car and one man we spoke to stated we DON’T drive it and have it towed to wherever we were headed. The mechanic comes out and speaks to me and I tell him we’re being advised NOT to drive the car after someone else told us the caliper would be a quick temporary fix he gets behind the wheel and slams the brakes twice and tells us it’s safe to drive around the corner home and not to listen to the first guy because he is “inexperienced”. We head into pay for putting the caliper on and the mechanic argues with the man at the desk when the man says we have been advised not to drive it. The mechanic tells him “I told them it will be fine.” Against my better judgment I attempt to pull it out of their parking lot I put the car in reverse hit the gas a little and go to brake and I have the pedal to the ground and the car continues to roll refusing to stop. I manage to safely park the vehicle and find someone to speak with. I find the guy that advised us not to drive the vehicle and tell him we will be taking his advice and having the car towed and he THANKS ME for listening. The mechanic intervenes and asks what’s going on I explain the car is in fact NOT safe to drive and I would have been in an accident the minute I attempted to pull it onto the street he says “oh really it just worked fine for me” mind you he slammed on the brakes a total of two times and driving on the road I’m not slamming the brakes to stop. I again explain that we don’t feel safe driving the vehicle in it’s condition and that I would be sending a tow truck to pick it up. The guy who advised us not to drive the car turns to the mechanic and says I told you “Evan” said it wasn’t safe to drive the mechanic turns to him and yells “SHUT THE F*** UP JAY” he proceeds to yell at the man that gave us the PROPER advice. Turns out the person that originally stated the car wasn’t safe to drive WAS THE SUPERVISOR. It just baffles me that the mechanic was that unprofessional and honestly he seemed far less “experienced” then the man at the desk who provided us with the proper information via his supervisor. Thankfully I felt the brakes myself before we exited the parking lot because the brakes DEFINITELY would have failed us on the road and we would have been in a bad accident. I wouldn’t recommend this repair shop to anyone else. The mechanic definitely wasn’t following his supervisors instructions which could have resulted in someone getting hurt. Overall bad reflection on the company. He could have opened they up to a major lawsuit. The one star goes to the guy that advised us properly and was verbally assaulted for being accurate.
