Overall good store. The men's shoes sizes , ten eleven and twelve are always Great. You're other store in enfield , never has any shoes Is four men in the size. The one drawback is it's very tightype going down any aisle. If somebody's in that aisle you will not get by them. You can't really use a car cause you'll hit something knock it over. I saw a lady break a very expensive. I guess you would say it was a vase. Yes, because you couldn't move around with a shopping cart. It makes you wanna leave very quick because it's so tight and overwhelming and it feels like everything's on top of you.Where where as the one in Westfield is very open and flawy and has its own departments.I wish Chicopee was more like the one in Enfield connecticut. But your men's shoe selection is awesome

The workers here can be very rude, while there is a great selection I’ve had my fair share of rude employees from this establishment. I went today and inquired about a discount for a perfume oil, whom I’m guessing is a manager Mary came up with an annoyed tone told me we don’t discount these items, however I saw over 15 boxes of the oils on clearance, the only reason I didn’t grab those was because I wanted this specific scent. I would have payed full price, but before I could say anything she took it and said to trash it. While it seems like a small matter, her tone was completely unnecessary and there was a better way she could have handled it.

I like it here but they rarely go above 3 XL not everyone's on ozempic or skinny or vegan I want to shop and get cloths my size just very rarely this store I will say I love the men's Soaps I come here for that mostly shoe selection not that great Springfield mass must get the better shoes or sneakers Dog toys are ok they rarely have collars and leashes or poop bags Springfield wins in that category as well oh I love candles but they don't stock enough seems like Enfield get less good stuff then Springfield just my opinion still like the store

Spacious, clean store. Friendly service. Large selection, but I did not choose anything for myself, but bought several things for my husband. I also returned an item purchased in another state, they refunded my money without any problems.

Please fix the koala baby changing stations… there is none in the women’s restrooms and it’s literally falling off the wall in the men’s.

Mary, the store manager, demonstrated overtly biased and unprofessional behavior. Instead of addressing a concern directly, she loudly criticized a minority customer to another staff member, making sure her comments were heard by others nearby. She unfairly blamed the parent for allowing their child to walk around, labeling them as “irresponsible” and suggesting they didn’t care about supervising their children. Her judgmental remarks, made without regard for the customer’s presence or experience, foster a hostile and unwelcoming environment. This behavior not only reflects deep-seated prejudices but also damages the store’s reputation for inclusivity and respect.

I just left the store and I am in complete shock that some of the employees here are extremely rude and have no customer service manners . I have been to every home goods tj Max and marshals store you can imagine in the state of Connecticut and not once have I ever had my items counted before and after leaving a dressing room and I asked was this policy because again never had my items counted AFTER the lady insisted I hang them up so that she could see . I had no purse no bag and spend a lot of money here very often and that was the first time I was ever asked that . No one wants to feel uncomfortable shopping or racially profiled . I stood there in the dressing room to see if this woman would ask every single woman that walked out the dressing room if she could count their clothes she did not I will be contacting corporate.

Took a friend here to buy some sneakers. I ended up buying a pair myself and a golf shirt. The store was clean and bright. They have a good selection of all kinds of goods and the prices are great. The only issue was the wait to checkout.

Nice, clean big store nicely organized. Lines moved pretty fast. Nice convenient place to shop with other stores surrounding the plaza area. Great parking available.
