Truly nice people. I put a deposit down on a vehicle and then decided to go in a different direction. George and company could not have been nicer. No pressure to push me to make a purchase. They refunded my money quickly and even mailed me a hard copy receipt.

I had a great experience purchasing a used car from Longmeadow Motor Cars. George, Joe, Abe, and Donna were all very kind and helpful throughout the process. I felt confident in buying a car from them the entire time, and I am extremely happy with the 2019 elantra that I ended up purchasing. I would definitely reccomend them to anyone looking for a used car.

I had a great experience at Longmeadow Motor Cars. George was helpful and informative. I didn't feel pressured to buy a car any of the times I visited, which was a plus. The car I purchased was just what I was looking for in price range, style, and drives great. I will definitely suggest my friends and family to come here for their future car.

Second to none.
This dealership does not pressure you to.purchase a vehicle.
Their staff Abe, Joe, George and others are amazing.
They truly treat you the way a family should.
These guy’s and gal’s are the best.

NO PRESSURE: The bying experience was hassle-free.
GOOD DEAL: Negotiations for my used '22' GMC 3500 pickup were fair; it's always a give and take at any cardealer lot.
GUARANTEE/WARRANTY: After driving off the lot I discovered a couple of problems that were addressed expeditiously when I returned to the dealer . On another concern (complaint), I was offered assurance the parts needed to make me and my truck hole again were on order.
CONCLUSION: The hole team wants to work with me. My 1-5 * rating is rated much like the condition stamp found inside a hard cover school book. Bad*, Poor**, Fair***, Good****, Great*****. When my truck parts arrive, the exemplary 5th * will arrive.
I recommend stopping in; look around and meet the great people willing to honestly help you.

It was a bittersweet day when I turned in my minivan, but the sadness didn't last long when I started driving my new SUV!
In the last 20 years, we have bought 4 other vehicles from Joe Scibelli and he continues to go above and beyond our expectations. From the first phone call with George I knew this was the place to go. I was spoken to with respect and never questioned if I wanted to do business here. They went above and beyond making sure my Jeep was perfect for pick up. Never once low balled me over trade in value either. As a female, car shopping can be intimidating at times but George, Abe, and Joe made it a great experience! I would recommend this dealership 110%. I could not be happier!
