Liberty Tax offers excellent and professional tax preparation service. The process is described as stress-free, painless, simple, and easy. The staff is courteous, friendly, jovial, and lovely. One preparer is noted as being very knowledgeable, informative, fantastic, and amazing at explaining everything clearly and simplifying each step. Customers feel assured everything is done properly and thoroughly, creating returning customers for life. The service is highly recommended. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the office followed CDC guidelines and offered secure remote access, complete office service, or drop-off preparation.
