I worked with Joey who was so awesome! He was smart and exactly the kind of sales person I like and buy cars from. He never rushed me and helped me brainstorm. I spent the whole day there and left with an excellent preowned atlas and I’m crazy about the car.

Thank you for proving my point. I contacted not only the sale person but the manager as well and was told numerous times that none of my issues were covered. Clearly someone didn't report something... Also, I have the records to prove what I'm saying. Another lying dealer that cannot be trusted. And if y'all wanted to talk to me, you have my. I'm posting my proof. You guys are absolute untrustworthy and liars. Here's my proof y'all lied... Is this enough proof or do you want more? Photos of an issue I didn't even mention and all...
Changed to one star because they want to call me a liar, despite the fact that I clearly contacted y'all. Call me a liar? What type of professional dealership calls their customer liars? Sales experience was average at best, if I'm being frank. Very little negotiating room ($500 on almost $30k). Love the vehicle, but had various issues within the first 30 days. A strut blew out (they promised an alignment with this repair; well I got the car back and the steering wheel was a FULL 10* to the left, so either they straight up LIED to me and didn't do the alignment, or they are SO incompetent, they don't even know how to do something as basic as an alignment), window randomly broke, multiple tires just going out, three rims bending or cracking (this is a manufacturing issue admittedly), and an issue with a caliper, and more. They ONLY fixed the strut. After it was all said and done, after 120 days of owning the car, not including car payments, I've had to spend nearly $5k OUT OF POCKET in repairs for a car that was "promised" fully inspectable from the get go... Yea... That isn't true. It's been 6 months and I FINALLY am able to get an inspection sticker after spending more in repairs than I have in car payments! Thanks Lia!
I'LL NEVER BE BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!! And I HIGHLY suggest everyone else find another place to bring your VW and Audi vehicles. If they can't do a proper alignment, imagine what they're doing to your vehicle with an engine rebuild.

I am absolutely in aw of the outstanding customer service i received here by Keri! I always dread the car buying process but this experience was nothing short of AMAZING. From the moment my daughter and i pulled in to browse cars , to last night signing all the paperwork and every step in between. This place just sucks. I went to get an oil change and after they were done they said I was due for new spark plugs and a few other items but they didn't have the spark plugs in stock so we had to schedule a future appointment for that service. No problem, completely understandable. I called 2 days before that second appointment to confirm the appointment and the services that I wanted to be performed - which ended up being only the spark plugs since I took care of the other items myself. I showed up for the appointment, and guess what? - They didn't have the spark plugs in stock! Why the hell would they not mention that when I called 48 hours before to confirm the appointment? Completely wasted my time. I will not be going back to this place.
