I was experiencing some rough engine operations, stalling when cold, and some noise at start-up. With my regular mechanic's help we eliminated the basics - spark plugs, coil packs, even heavy carbon fouling on the intake valves. The car continued to have issue when cold. My mechanic recommended I go to Lia for OEM diagnostics and service. I've been using Lia on and off since 2000. Jason Farwell, the Service Manager, was able to get me into an appointment that fit my schedule. With the car at the dealership at 0800 hours, I had a diagnosis before 1100 hours. Fortunately the parts were available to make the recommended repair and I was driving home in my car before 1600 hours the same day.Since the repair was made over a week ago, there has been NO ISSUES with the engine sputtering, stalling, or making odd noises. Jason and the mechanic team at Lia got the right fix applied. My car seems to be running like the day I took it out of the dealer's showroom.Thank you Jason Farwell and the Lia Service Team!

I have been doing business with Lia Volkswagen for 6 years. I have purchased 4 vehicles over that time. Kerry is the best sales person whom I have ever encountered. The service writers, Jason and Nicki are superb. They take the time to get to know the customers and they inspire confidence with their knowledgeable approach to the business. Great dealership to get your Volkswagen serviced. Jason Farwell is great, he’s a really knowledgeable service advisor and helps get you in and out with appropriate repairs/maintenance when you need them. And the mechanics also do a great job. It feels nice knowing your car is I’m good hands when you come here. I will be coming back in the future!

My 2017 GTi was having some issues that I couldn’t pinpoint. Jason Farwell and his crew did a great job, and great explanation of everything that my car needed. Jason was so friendly, straight forward, and wasn’t your typical pushy service advisor. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was just an all around great person to work with. I highly, and I can’t express it enough, HIGHLY recommend Lia VW.

I have been taking my vehicle to Lia Volkswagen Auto Repair Shop since I purchased the vehicle from them in 2021. I have had nothing but great experiences and my vehicle has came back to me with everything in tip top shape. Their service advisors, especially Jason Farwell, have went above and beyond to help me with any and every question I have had about my vehice and recently provided me with options for payment after receiving feedback on an expensive repair bill. I will not bring my vehicle to any other auto repair shop.

I bought my car into Lia Volkswagen yesterday for an oil change and ask them to check my battery. I needed a new batter and had them replace it to the tune of 272.50. Today less than 24 hours later I received a coupon for 15% off a battery change and I contacted Lia and asked for a rebate. I was told the sales from yesterday had already posted and he could not turn back time so I was out of luck. Had they at least offered me the option of deducting that amount off my next service I would have been placated, but told me to hold on to the coupon in case I needed it in the future. I was going to use the coupon for buy three tires get one free but now I will not be doing business with them in the future. They lost out about $1000 service for the sake of about $50.

I was told by the manager as the customer I was wrong. I went there for a service call. I made an appointment and when I went in was told to leave the car most of the day. Is that an appointment? Also I had to prepay for the part?

Once again Lia VW and Jason are on point. Had to get my suspension replaced and they did an exceptional job. Took a bit but not their fault. Lastly, needed to change a tired, their tires are higher prices. I was quoted but not coerced to buy. I ended up getting them from tire rack and installed by Lia. So far great service.

Jason Farwell is always respectful and professional and helpful. He explains the service clearly and goes over everything at the end of the job. The mechanic on my job was pleasant and friendly as well, explaining what is needed in my next service visit.
