I currently have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra with only 60,990 miles, and it's at Lia Hyundai for a blown engine. Hyundai covers the engine under warranty up to 60,000 miles, but unfortunately, I was told that I am out of luck since my car is just slightly over the mileage limit. I was shocked to hear that the cost for a replacement engine is $8,599.00. Despite being a loyal customer and still making payments on my Elantra, Lia Hyundai refused to offer a goodwill warranty, which I believe would be a reasonable gesture considering the situation.
I am deeply disappointed with the level of care and concern shown by Lia Hyundai. As a customer who trusted Hyundai with my vehicle purchase, I expected more support, especially since my car is so close to the warranty mileage. This situation has left me in a tough spot, and I’m hoping that Lia will reconsider and offer a solution that shows they truly value their customers.

From the moment I walked in to the time I took delivery of my vehicle, I had a great experience. I worked with Hunter on the sales team. He was genuine, professional, and respectful of time. He knew what I was interested in and did not try to hard sell anything. Carlos and Brian on the finance side of the house were also a pleasure to work with. Lastly, the gentleman who detailed my car (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) was incredibly talented. Everyone was straight forward and went above and beyond to guarantee a happy customer. They were able to turn deal breakers around with their creative solutions. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
