Wow!!
I picked up my new 2025 pilot. I was in a previous and well over miles, with over 6 month to go Until lease end. I went to Lia Honda and saw ED and Aaron. They were professional and listened to my issue and help me to a great solution. I’m very happy and amazed how easy the process was with no pressure.

I went and bought a car here Saturday august 17th and I just want to say that Mary and Micheal did SUCH A GOOD JOB. I really didn’t think I was walking out of there with anything and they made sure I found an awesome car, that I loved and was so happy with. They did great and they’ll make you laugh as well! :)

Purchased a new 2024 Accord hybrid. Experience was one the best I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Never felt pressure to purchase the “extra” add ons that most dealerships try to force on you. Mary was so calm and easy to work with. Great personality and it was like talking with a family member. Mike was also fantastic. We were prepared for the big push on the extra warranty and he was very professional. Such a contrast from recent purchase at a different dealership. This was the second car purchase from Lia Honda and we would definitely consider them as our number one option for our next car!!

I had a horrible experience here and I do not feel the need to elaborate. It is unfortunate that my family and I were disrespected but I feel it is necessary that others should know when making a decision to sell or buy a vehicle.

Two different issues on my Honda CRV -window and air. Misdiagnosed by Lia. After spending unnecessary money for parts and a “fix,” the problems were not addressed. Instead of bringing back to Lia, I brought the car to a local mechanic who fixed the issues immediately. All is good now, no thanks to Lia.

I brought my car in for an oil change, alignment, and to fix my heat shield rubbing on my rotor. They never fully tightened my oil filter, and haven't fixed my issue with my rotor. Worst place to have your car serviced.
