I've had my CR-V for three years now. I always have it maintained by the Service Department at Lia Honda Enfield. As much as I appreciate the CR-V's reliability, I appreciate Jesse Robles' reliability equally. Whenever I have a question or concern with my car, Jesse is there. It's always good to see him when I come in for service. We discuss the car, my current driving needs (especially before and after the summer road trips), and budgetary concerns. From there he helps me make informed decisions about how to keep this car running for a long, long time. Lia is lucky to have him, as are his customers.

I've had 2 very positive experiences here! The first time I needed to fix my AC that was under warranty. I was able to get an appointment in less than a week & everything was repaired within a few hours. They're near a Starbucks & it was nice out so I walked there to wait until it was ready. I also got a valve adjustment & transmission fluid flush. Of course car maintenance is expensive, but it honestly wasn't as much as I thought it'd be at the dealership, it seems semi-competitively priced. The second time I came in I needed an oil change & my brakes looked at for a mysterious squeaking sound that Firestone tried to repair 3 times & failed. Took it to Honda once & it was done in a few hours. Turns out it was the brakes & Firestone just used cheap parts/misdiagnosed everything. I've learned I'll just go to the dealership from now on since it doesn't seem to be all that much more expensive than 3rd party auto shops & I'll happily pay even a couple extra hundred dollars to know that I'm getting original parts & service at a place that knows what they're doing to save me time in the long run. Jesse in the service department was extremely helpful both times & so was everyone else I interacted with at the dealership. Appointment availability is way better than the Manchester location, their speed to service the car was good & I feel confident that this location is truly doing their best job!

Do not recommend going to this dealership for maintenance, they tampered with the AC compressor to make an issue to get my wife to think she needed to go back in to fix a problem. they tired to say my wife needed an ac compressor and that it was leaking. Then to add onto it they claimed on the receipt that she complained about the car blowing warm air. Now there is no issue with the AC and there is no leak until she leaves now the car is blowing warm air and they said they recharged the AC compressor and that it may not last long, its disgusting that they hire dishonest people that try to take advantage of a woman and trying to get her to pay $3,000 when there is no issue or complaints. All she did was go to get the oil change because I'm in the marine corps and not home to change it for her. Again do not get maintenance done here. I've worked on cars as a mechanic and have a lot of experience with them and I can verify that the AC compressor was operating as it should until she had her car serviced here. Now I'll have to take time away from my military leave to fix an issue that they caused. Thank you very much it's sad how they treat military spouses and military members. Now we also have two dog so now we have to worry about the AC because of the hot weather coming.

Wes the sales rep hooked me up with a great deal! great customer service helped me pick a Honda civic at the best price ! told me how to use the car as well since it has updated technology I wasn't familiar with! Great service ! speedy as well! I appreciate the help ! i recommend bro everyone ! good price on trade in aswell

They lie on their website just to get you to come in. We drove 40 minutes each way in a snow storm to test drive a car. We had texted back and forth with their sales staff to make sure it was there, and they chose not to tell us that it has been marked up $8k over what the website listed. When we got there the salesman with whom we had been discussing that exact car could only offer that there was fine print on the website. If you want to go to Enfield to buy a nice car, go to the VW dealership next door. They are honest and friendly and have great cars which are priced as marked.

I came for an oil change (first service customer of the day, mind you) I'm sitting in the waiting area for an hour and half and no one came to tell me anything. I ask reception what as taking so long and she doesn't know so she asks the mechanic. they broke my housing around the tank and had to replace it and didn't even tell me.. never coming here again.

THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES1. Purchased the rim protection. Tried to set up appointment to have rim repaired during a routine service. Was told the "rim guy" only works on Mondays. They could not get a hold of him. I told them I do not believe this will be able to be buffed out and was told when purchasing the warranty if it could not be buffed out that they would order new rim. I was told the rim guy would have to assess if he could buff it out before ordering new rim. Never got a hold of him or was contacted regarding fixing the rim. I tried again on an oil change which the service rep called three times during my visit and this mysterious rim guy never picked up.2. I also purchased the paint protection warranty which I was told protects against chips from the road and other wear and tear damages with the finance manager jokingly saying " as long as your husband doesn't like key your car it should be covered". I received two thin 2 inch scratches from kicked up road work on 91. When I brought it in for brakes I asked about fixing the scratches and the older service rep pretty much laughed and said "that isn't covered it's down to the grey"3. After refusing to honor either warranty, I have finally decided to take it to an auto detail place. They also told me the SIMONIZ which I had also purchased, definitely wasn't ever applied.4. Routine appointments I have made for just an oil change have ran over an hour.While I was making payment my last visit there seemed to be a brawl about to happen in the service bay amongst the mechanics shouting profanities at each other. Not in a fun loving dirty humor sense. Like they were about to fight and made me feel uncomfortable.5. When I had a flat tire I went to the dealership as they had not included my rim lock key in the purchase of the vehicle. I was told they didn't have the tire in supply and would need to purchase a rim lock key that wouldn't be available for a week. I was basically told I'd have to run my car on run flat for over a week until the finance manager told them to give me the dealership's rim key for my car and had to take it to another shop to fix my tire.All in all I'm out over $5k because of the interest I paid on these warranties. NOTHING was done. I now have to spend more money to fix what they wouldn't honor.Purchasing the car was fun quick and easy but do not fall for any warranty add on and I don't advise using this service dept*UPDATE*. I responded to Luis by calling twice, once yesterday leaving a voicemail and again today with no response. I brought my car in for an oil change, the overall inspection was completed and I received a call saying my front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. the advisor informed me that because the pads were so worn there was damage to the rotors and there was no way to just change the pads. The quote was $630 which I thought was very high, so I didnt get them done. I brought the vehicle to another shop to get a quote and have them replaced, After their inspection they showed me there was no damage to the rotors and there was no reason to switch them out at this time. Nothing worse than being lied to and taken advantage of. if you have the option avoid this place.

I bought my car from wes and he was Fantastic and made my first experience buying a car great! I had the tire pressure light keep coming on in my car and turns out there was a nail stuck in my tire. I worked with steve and they fixed and did it for no charge!
