i see that there are 5 star reviews for this company. They must be the exception because this is the most inept company I've ever dealt with. Customer service is almost non existant. Any communiction with them was initiated by me. We signed the contract on 1/7/23 (never heard from the sales person again) had an install date of 3/13/23, they just finished yesterday 6/22/23. First week of installation 1 door missing and 6 were the wrong size. Kitchen Options measured and ordered new doors 4 times. They finally got it right on the fourth try and when they called to set up the final installation what do you think was there first concern? To make sure that we had the final payment of $500.00 ready. Now that's a company that cares about their customer. So those of you that rated Kitchen Options with 5 stars consider yourself lucky. We choice Kitchen Options in Oxford MA To resurface our wood kitchen. We went with white and quartz counter tops. It looks beautiful. They were easy to work with but stay on top of your project because there were a few issues. Our valance above our window was not on the original shipment. Took 6 weeks to have that installed. Keith and Jen did a great job installing and followed up by Bob and Shawn. Very professional and clean. Thanks guys. We love it. Showing it off to everyone.

Our Kitchen refacing project started on November 7, 2022. It is now February 21, 2023 and the project is still not completed. Drawers were ordered multiple times for our island and all were the wrong drawers. They are not unusually sized drawers. We ordered molding. It was not delivered with the original hardware. They claimed it was not on the contract. However, it is on the contract. I had to send it to them before they would order it. Is it installed? Nope. The sales person told us once the sale is completed she removes herself from the project. The end result is I have nowhere to turn. I basically have to hope they answer my email inquiries and eventually show up with the correct drawers. She was extremely pleasant in our home when she was selling her product. I am very surprised she would not help me.Oh and I almost forgot the kicker -- we paid in full. We have absolutely no leverage to get this project completed.The owner ignored my text messages, practically begging him to intervene and get this project to the finish line.The original installer installed several cabinet doors CROOKED. He was not happy that we pointed this out and he had to do them all over again.This was a $24,000 project. Not an insignificant amount of money. Incompetence is one thing. But just plain not caring is another. Our next stop is the Better Business Bureau.Please think twice before using this company.

In 2016 we had all our cabinets resurfaced. We were extremely pleased with the results. The kitchen looked fabulous. In Sept 2022 we noticed one of the new cabinet doors they installed was peeling on the bottom edge. After contacting Kitchen options we got no response . In October we received a letter saying the product was lifetime guaranteed however it was unclear that that lifetime warranty was only guaranteed as long as the manufacturer guaranteed their products. So the resolution would be to have one of their carpenters come out for $250 to fix it or they would send us the glue to try and fix ourselves. Very disappointing. So we elected for the glue being send. It arrived and lo and behold no instructions on how to use it. Once again another call to KO and now I get to fix a manufacturers defect.

We recently had Kitchen Options remodel our kitchen because we didn't want to be without for months like on a regular remodel. Keith was our installer and very nice, listened if I had suggestions, was always on time and cleaned up meticulously every time he left the house. We also had some work done in both our bathrooms adding granite. We are very happy with the outcome.

I had my kitchen refaced. I absolutely love it. Better than I had expected. Everyone that worked on the project was courtesy and prompt. Keith's work is meticulous. We had one issue with a cabinet, the owner came out within a few days of us calling and was resolved promptly. Would highly recommend

It was a very nice job, Keith was always on time and left late, his work was excellent. I would highly recommend Kitchen Options to anyone looking for someone to re-model their kitchen. Beautiful job, they said it would take from Monday to Friday and Friday it was done. Thank you for a great job.

We are extremely pleased with our kitchen revamp! Our new cabinets look so great. Joe did a wonderful job & was so committed to working efficiently & delivering us an end result that we really loved. He repeatedly made sure we knew to call if we had any questions after the fact. Highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations! The crew was punctual, courteous and skillful. They communicated well and kept us involved in any on the spot decisions that needed to be made. They did extra work that we didn't expect to be included in the normal project.

I had my bathroom vanity refaced and am very pleased with the completed project. There were some challenges working with a somewhat crooked vanity that Ryan, the installer, addressed creatively and my dealings with office staff to obtain different drawer fronts were successful. I had my kitchen refaced by an out of state company one year ago, never realizing there was a local company that provided quality work. I would not hesitate to work with this company again!

We are so excited for our new kitchen renovation to start in June! Bob, spent 4 hours with us reviewing everything from start to finish and went over several plans with us. We just moved to the area so it was great to have someone that was not pushy and took time to review all of our options. We purchased the kitchen on the spot with Bob and are so happy we did! The sales process was relaxing and fun and Bob was extremely knowledgeable! I will post an update in June with photos :). As a realtor, I know how important having a gorgeous kitchen is and we know we will see a major return on this investment with Kitchen Options. Highly recommend!

Contracted with the owner Ray in November 2019. Kitchen upgrade was to start on 5 Jan 2020 as a 5/6 day project. Nearly one year later it has yet to be completed. Had 3 different people (company staff) here to do this job at varying times. Due to poor measuring etc. much of the work had to be redone hence waiting for material receipt. Workmanship is shoddy (supposed to be corrected). Mitre joints not fitted. Drawers not aligned properly. Counter top not level. A sorry experience. The company was here in Sept and had to reorder pieces to complete the job. Was told it would take 10 days for parts arrival. Am still waiting; six weeks later. Not a happy individual!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike (Sales Rep) and Eric (Contractor) are the best partners in Home Improvement you could ask for. This was my 1st big home improvement project I ever did and really came into Kitchen remodeling with 0 knowledge. I got a great deal, a contractor who went above and beyond, and a finished project that came out better than expected. I have many friends in the HI buisness and they couldn't argue with the product, price, or service I received when I shared everything with them. Best price for cabinets anywhere!!

I am thrilled with my newly refaced kitchen cabinets. The salesperson Jack and installer Keith were on time and professional. No surprises. Everything was explained in detail and turned out better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend Kitchen Options.
