Andy Szalai was by far one of the best people we have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. I mean he went above and beyond for Alex and I. We called in to find out the type of beam we needed to replace what we though was a load bearing wall. Andy then gave us a list of things he would need to know to better assist us. He then went as far as determining if the wall was actually load bearing or not, super quick responses via email and phone! Very professional ! And never made us feel a bit uncomfortable seeing that we were inexperienced and first time home buyers! Thanks to you Andy our living room is now expanded and on its way to looking how we've always wanted it.
