“I recently had an incredible experience at AAA Enfield Tire and Auto thanks to one of their outstanding employees, Cassidy. After returning from a trip, I unfortunately returned to my car at the airport with a flat tire.

From the moment I called in to the store**, Cassidy was friendly and attentive, immediately offering to help with my situation. When I arrived, despite their busy schedule, Cassidy was empathetic and kind and offered several alternative solutions (my tires are a special order). What impressed me the most was the genuine concern and willingness to go above and beyond to get me back on the road safely.

(While I waited, and enjoyed the free coffee, I also overheard this same compassion when Cassidy was talking to a customer on the phone about what their car needed. Cassidy was kind and understanding to that person as well.)

Thanks to Cassidy, and the gentlemen who worked on my car, what was a stressful and disruptive situation turned into a positive and safe experience. I felt genuinely cared for and appreciated as a person first and customer second.

** To be perfectly honest, I didn't even realize AAA had brick and mortar locations until I Googled “tire”. There was DMV counter, a place to sit and talk a real live human about trips, etc. Also, they had nice safety kits, jumper cables, and other accessories for the car, including some nice luggage sets….definitely worth a look. And if I lived in the Enfield area, I would take my car there for service based on how I was treated.”
