He worked directly with my contractor when possible which took much stress off of me. All my questions were answered promptly and courteously. The delivery crew were very nice and careful with unloading materials. Will definitely use KF again.”

I was taught growing up to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I've given many of the self check out staff at Home Depot in Enfield, for over a year "the benefit." I love going to this specific location, because I always find what I need, they have great prices and sales, it's also 5 minutes from my house. However, I will only put my orders for pick up, which I've had a GREAT experience with the staff who bring out my purchased items. The reason to this is because it doesn't matter how great you have your store prices, it just takes a few times of some staff members to be rude, for a costumer to either start shopping at another store, or do what I do, order for pick up. The staff at the self check out need to learn how to treat everyone as equal regarding race. I would be the bigger person and say HAVE A GREAT DAY! as they look up to the ceiling like I wasn't speaking to him/her. As I mentioned before I'm sure it's not all the staff, but the times I've gone in, within the last year I have yet to come across a professional self check out staff member. A year was enough to stop going in, as I was ready to call the staff out regarding there behavior.”

The installers were professional and very good to work with. The counter top installers were unable to get to my home twice due to road work but they handled the rescheduling without a problem. I am very please.”
