I came in to Hannoush to see if they could possibly fix a prong that was slightly shifted on my ring in short notice (btw the shift was my fault). Sharbel was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and assisted me right away! The jeweler (which I am sad to not have asked his name but he is the founder :) fixed my prong for me and they both gave me advice and a plan to help avoid damaging my ring in the future. I can’t say enough about the great care and service I always receive coming into Hannoush and I would never go anywhere else!

I met with Adrienne over the course of 3 different days. She guided me through all the options for my engagement ring. Ultimately we found right style and Lab-Grown diamond for me and sent it out to be made. Couple weeks later it was produced and it was even more beautiful than I expected. I'm extremely thankful for Adrienne helping me out and being so patient with all my questions. Everyone at the store was extremely helpful and kind. I know who my jewelers are now, wouldn't go anywhere else!

I needed to put a value on a family member’s jewelry in order to liquidate her estate. I met with Sharbel Hannoush, who went through several boxes of jewelry, identifying the valuable pieces and giving me a good understanding of what they’re worth. Absolutely an amazing company to do business with. They went above and beyond and didn’t have to.
