Find a reputable jeweler elsewhere. Michael is awful to work with and the craftsmanship on repair work is horrendous. My wedding band was "fixed" and the two rings were soldered together off center. Michael is clearly only interested in customers who want to buy something new, from his available inventory. My advice is to go elsewhere,

I had the best service and experience I've ever had at a jewelry store. I would recommend this store to anybody. Every challenge I gave them with my jewelry they conquered. I've been trying for years to get some of my jewelry fixed and redesigned and this jewelry store fixed everything. Thank you so much for your Expertise.

I have purchased most of my wife's jewelry from Gem Jewelry over the past 10 years, including her engagement ring. They have always been reasonable with me, worked within my budget, and have always stood behind their products. I highly recommend them!

My husband bought our wedding bands from here, and my engagement ring. I had a couple pregnancies and my rings no longer fit. I brought them back here and I was given a great price to size up my rings, and they were done very fast since I was only in the area a few days. I highly recommend this business!

We went to three jewelry stores in the area to purchase wedding bands. Gem was our first stop, and we worked with a saleswoman named Jules. What a wonderful experience. She was knowledgeable, professional, honest, very friendly, and straight forward. We felt absolutely no pressure and had fun. Jules actually listened to what we wanted and we found something we loved in record time, but felt that we needed to compare - which made us appreciate the Gem Jewelry and Jules experience even more! Ultimately, we purchased our bands from Gem and received them in a reasonable time (less than projected).

This is a family owned jeweler, who does a great job taking care of customers. Fair pricing, and will work with you to make sure you get what you are looking for. Every year, I take my kids to select something for Mom, and they work with us every time. Much better experience than going to a chain store/place in the mall!

The most upsetting experience I have ever had with a jewelry store. I ordered a wedding band for my fiancé that was time sensitive and was told it would be all set. Supposedly I was called (no call no message to be seen) to let me know there was an issue. The remedy for this was to give me the wrong band for the wedding and then return it to get the right one after. Totally unacceptable to not follow up with a customer if you didn't hear back from them especially one that paid a deposit already. Knowing there was a time crunch to just leave it hanging was very poor business practice. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I don't often write reviews by Gem Jewelry is truly worth it. My fiance and I first went to the "big name" jeweler down the street to get a quote on resizing a family engagement ring. The other place told us the ring itself needed to be replaced right away and they couldn't size it unless we bought a whole new ring, then quoted us an astronomical price. We decided to get a second opinion and the staff at Gem Jewelry were so kind and attentive. They told us they could resize or replace, we probably would need to replace within the next few years, but it was up to us. The price was about half the cost AND they bought the gold from the old ring. We have since been back to resize a wedding band. Once again, great service and great price. We are so impressed with them!

In memory of my Mom I recently had a ruby of hers added to broken ring she often wore, then sized down as a pinky ring for myself . Cheryl and Jewel were very patient and helpful with my creation and their gold smith Allan made a very special piece that I can now wear and treasure. I highly recommend this jewelry store in Enfield , I have used them for many years and have never been disappointed. Great work and excellent customer service !

Great experience. Very personable and professional. Had some old jewerly that I wanted to get rid of and they took great care of me. Even fixed my ring that kept spinning around my finger. Will recommend to everybody and will definitely be back. I'm a customer for life now!
