My experience was absolutely horrible all the staff ended up to be by far the worst people all in one building from sales to finance Terrible! If I could give zero stars I would. stay as far away from this place as possible. Trust this review!! I wonder why the GM keeps taking down my review are only good reviews welcome?

It’s so hard to find decent dealership in our days; it’s like looking a needle in a haystack!!! After awful and traumatic experiences with other crazy dealerships, I almost lost my hope of getting a used vehicle, until I found GALE TOYOTA!!! And yes great service does still exist!!! Our salesman Chris was extremely honest, professional and understanding, who went above and beyond, made the entire process smooth!

Purchased a car from these guys l, I have to say Mike the GM was awesome. Service was excellent and the vehicle top notch for used. Had one miner issue they took care of it no questions asked. Anyone who gave them a one star probably ate paint chips as a child

I cannot recommend, especially in purchasing a used vehicle. This is an edit of a previous 5 star review, when I purchased my first car from Gale back in May of 2024.
Positives are: the product/sales associate team is great, and earn a star on their own. Chris in particular seemed honest and genuine, and I stand by that assessment today. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and imparted a sense of empathy to a kid buying his first car ever. He is also the only member of the staff that regularly tried to follow up with me and make things right. When he wasn't around, the other front-of-house folks - particularly Barbara and Bob - were more than happy to help me out and try to make my experience less demeaning.
Negatives are: the entire remainder of the experience was demeaning, from attempting to finance the vehicle to the day of buyback on the lemon. I was snapped at repeatedly and hung up on by the Finance Manager, Chelsea, while trying to ask follow-up questions about financing over the phone. Somehow I allowed myself to be bullied into moving forward with the purchase, and she entered me into a third-party autopay program that took a month of customer service back-and-forth to finally exit. After driving the car off the lot and back to Central Mass, I have it inspected within a week, only for it to immediately fail and need to return for repairs. I thought it was just the tints they forgot to remove from the windshield and a parking brake issue. Two weeks later, it's fixed, then fails inspection again for something else and goes back in.
Throughout the 2-month dealer warranty period, I could almost never get in touch with anyone working on the car and promised updates never came. Finally, only after the 2 months had passed and I had called again to ask for any word at all, the service department told me to wait for a call. Then it was confirmed that the car was a lemon, shedding metal filings into the oil line and compromising the engine in a way that was, I suppose, completely undetectable before putting it on the lot for sale.
To Gale's credit, they were quick to return the entirety of my down payment in the form of a check. The Sales Manager, Justin, handed me the check with a smile and tried to have me leave the store and cross the street to their auto service partner as soon as possible. However, when I asked him for a simple clarification on my obligations with the buyback, his demeanor changed in an instant and he became visibly agitated and rude, insisting I leave and ask someone else. It quickly became clear that doing basic due diligence on this car was a headache and that, whenever possible, the buck shall never stop with him. I was able to recoup my two months of monthly payment from CapitalOne, but I had to issue a stop order with my bank to prevent the third-party autopay service from withdrawing from my account. All this for a car that I drove for less than 10 days.
Having grown up down the street and knowing the name Gale all my life, I expected a more professional and even-keeled management team to be in charge. And maybe there is, waiting in the wings. But Chelsea and Justin both made it very clear that they could learn a thing or two from their sales associates. It's my fault that I did not see the red flags from the beginning, and on the whole, I absolutely cannot recommend purchasing a used vehicle from Gale Toyota. If you do, double and triple check everything, demand transparent communication, and be prepared for an unsettling ride. I won't be paying for another ticket.

Chris was very helpful. He explained everything very clearly and answered our questions. In addition to when we were at the store, Chris also communicated with us over phone and text and was very responsive. I highly recommend going to Chris at Gale Toyota!

Brand new 2023 Corolla (20 miles) had check engine light after just 200, car was in service for over a month, during this time Toyota corporate had to be called 5 times just to get the part ordered (this was supposed to be under warranty) after getting the car back radio stopped working and steering wheel was melted off service technician said this was normal for new Toyotas and I could go to ford and maybe not see these issues, when I asked Richard golden the manager he denied the tech said this and said he doesn’t have the time to check the car but maybe one day this year he will
