Terrible. Went in to grab a few things, I was there a little after they opened. One of the associates glared at me as I walked in the door. I was looking at a few things in the hair care aisle and the 3 associates there kept swearing every other word in their sentence. That’s extremely unprofessional. The cashier didn't even acknowledge me or say one word to me the whole transaction. She also seemed pretty annoyed when I asked for cash back on the pin pad.

Store hour said they open at 8 am got there at 9:05 store still not open an the employee yelled at me " we are not open yet" I will never go there again

Horrible store!! Employees are incredibly rude ever since new management came in being rude so all the good employees left. Understandable!!! I'd leave also if I worked with people as rude as they are now!!! They don't even talk to you as you are ringing out at all!! Just sit on their phone at the register as they barely hand you your items! This happens all the time! Very rude and horrible service!

Used to be a good store, employees were friendly. New management are so horrible anyone decent left, the new hires are incredibly rude. I guess what can you expect from a dollar store. Enjoyed it while it was nice and friendly.

This store used to feel inviting, however with this new management everyone there seems to be miserable. The only manager I’ve seen is a loud older man that seems to scare and bother every employee there. The employees don’t seem intentionally mean, just miserable that they work there. Do better, Family Dollar management.

Poorly run, dirty, unorganized, empty shelves. Staff is rude and act like you are bothering them when trying to purchase items. Inventory left in isles in shipping boxes to be put on shelves, they sit like that for days in isles. Not a great representation for this chain of stores.
