5 star experience!! Most places that offer embroidery are closed @ 5pm- which is inconvenient for working folk. The hrs were great and the customer service was outstanding. The work was done personally by the owner and I found her to be honest, patient and professional. I was having a very special gift embroidered and she took time to explain what might look best. Once we decided and agreed on the final design, the turn around time was quick- next day. The price was great- very fair and reasonable. I'm beyond pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend ES Embroidery to anyone in need of a quality embroidery service.
