When I started coming to EnFuse Fitness, my primary goal was to feel better, both physically and mentally. In just a little over 3 months, I can confidently say that it has been the best decision I’ve made for my well-being in as long as I can remember. Tyler is an absolute professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He challenges me each time I show up and I continue to look forward to my sessions! I am the type of person who starts strong but gives up on physical goals typically within the first few weeks, but I knew, based on Tyler’s approach, this time was going to be different. I’m so grateful for the time and energy Tyler spends making the space a place where I feel safe and powerful!

Tyler is a phenomenal personal trainer, and I only have positive things to say.I worked with Tyler for about 8 months. My goal with personal training was to bridge the gap between physical therapy and my own independent workout routine. He did a fantastic job modifying exercises to accommodate my back injury, and I experienced the biggest reduction in pain since I started sessions with Tyler.Finding a personal trainer who knows and respects your limitations while simultaneously pushing you to improve as much as possible each session is incredibly difficult and worth its weight in gold.Aside from Tyler's valuable expertise, the rate per session is great. Very affordable when compared to personal trainers in general and in the surrounding market.What a mensch.Thank you, Tyler.

I highly recommend Tyler if you are considering a personal trainer. He is knowledgable, sincere and patient. He is expert at understanding your potential and enabling you for success. Tyler guided me back from surgery and appropriately challenged me at the proper times to gain back strength. His facility is comfortable and well equipped. I am grateful to Tyler for all he has done for me!

I have been coming here for 2 years and would recommend it to anyone! Thru the consistently challenging workouts I have come such a long way and met my original fitness goals, which included getting back into shape to go hiking and snowboarding.The workouts are one-on-one with the owner Tyler, which really helps me focus on the exercise compared to a busy gym setting. The sessions are exhausting but I appreciate being pushed to do those extra couple reps I would not have done on my own.

I decided to look into personal training a year before my wedding so I could look the best on my wedding day. I've been married almost a year now and I'm still with Enfuse Fitness. My trainer Tyler has been a wonderful addition to my life. His knowledge is never-ending and his compassion exceeds that. Tyler has become so much more than just my personal trainer, I consider him a friend. Tyler cares deeply for every single one of his clients. He just wants each one of us to be happy and healthy. I have been training at Enfuse Fitness with Tyler for 6 months and it has changed my life! I have been doing two 30 minute sessions a week and I have gained muscle and strength while losing weight. I had been, and continue working out at a local gym for 4 years prior to researching the benefits of working with a personal trainer and was a little nervous about doing so. I met with Tyler for an introductory evaluation and my mind was immediately put at ease. I quickly made it apparent that this was going to be a collaborative effort. He pushes me hard, but is always respectful of my limits. The facility is clean, organized and comfortable. There is a sauna and shower room. Tyler coaches me on activity I should be doing when I'm not at his gym. He also coaches me on nutrition. Weather your just starting out on a healthy lifestyle or your looking to enhance your routine, Enfuse Fitness would be the perfect place to go!

He always took the time to explain the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle and how it could help with my insulin resistance. He created a customized workout plan that was tailored to my fitness level and abilities. I’ve been training with Tyler for the past 8 months and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in regards to my health. I entered 2022 discouraged and in the worst physical health I’ve ever been in. I took a leap of faith and reached out to Enfuse Fitness. Since then Tyler has helped me get my life and health back. He is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating and encouraging. I can’t thank him enough for all he’s helped me accomplish and overcome this year. I've been working with Tyler since May 2021. He made me a custom training routine for arborists. It's great working with someone that helps me meet real life goals!Update: September 2022I look forward to my training sessions with Tyler because he is a supportive person and is more a friend than a trainer. A friend that keeps me accountable and reaching for new goals. As well as advising me on workout routines, Tyler has given me great nutritional advice and gave me a recommendation to a massage therapist who has helped improved my health. Tyler has also added a sauna at his gym and it works wonders on tight muscles.

Until working with Tyler, I was an (aging) exercise physiologist with all the knowledge but none of the motivation. I knew what I needed to do; I just needed a trainer to help me get my mojo back. Tyler was *that* trainer. He understood what was holding me back (mostly negative self-talk) and approached our workouts in such a way that I was able to get past it and change my internal narrative. I also can comment (with some credibility) on his knowledge of kinesiology, exercise physiology, and safety - all of which are current and comprehensive. And he's fun! So much energy!

Tyler has been a great coach for me as I work to add strength and recomposition. He is very knowledgeable with regard to program design and nutrition and has always had great advice tailored to my specific needs and situation. I started working with Tyler at EnFuse Fitness eight months ago when I was looking to reset my health and well-being. At the time, I thought that truly just meant the number on the scale, but as I have spent time at EnFuse I’ve learned there is so much more to health and well-being and that’s truly because of Tyler’s holistic approach. Whatever you choose to share and improve upon, Tyler will help. There is never any pressure, just support. It has been transformational for me.Tyler will always have a plan for your 30-minute workout. Yes, those 30 minutes are hard work, but I can guarantee it’s worth it because the first time you do something you never thought you would you’ll be so glad you put in the work. I can still remember the day Tyler said, we’re doing pushups today. I was sure I wouldn’t be able to do it, but he challenged me to not give up and I’m so glad I listened. Because of Tyler’s coaching I have the confidence to keep trying things I once thought would be impossible.If you are looking for someone to help you change your lifestyle, challenge you to do the things you didn’t think you could, and celebrate with you as you hit your goals, I cannot recommend enough that you reach out to Tyler. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself.
