The customer service at this store was not just poor but bordered on offensively rude. Sarah and her team need to be sent back to training or just never work around people.

Veterans & military beware. This place used to offer military discounts & then all of a sudden stopped one day. I would shop there specifically because of the military discount. So when I came to the register & asked for it, the woman behind the counter was extremely rude. Had such an unpleasant demeanor & just acted like she didn’t care. When I asked why they didn’t offer it anymore she said “it depends on which manager is working that day”… WHAT?? That doesn’t even make any sense to me at all. They should either stand by the discount or just get rid of it fully, it shouldn’t come down to “who’s working that day”. Ridiculous & will never shop at this dick’s again.

Another great experience today and so very blessed. I had an issue with a pair of running shoes and the manager and staff took care of it no problem.I walked out with a new pair and cannot wait to try them out. Thanks again for the great service, a store you can count on when an issue comes up.

An older associate, I believe his name is Brian consistently has an attitude every time I've spoken to him. He's incompetent and too lazy to do his job. Go somewhere else if you need help with anything fishing related.
