I recently shopped at CVS. The store manager Sue is such a delight and always so helpful. Always consistent and always willing to assist. CVS is fortunate to have her on their team.

Wonderful experience! I came all the way from New Britain for a family visit and stopped here for some hygiene products. thankfully, I across one of the employees “Ava”. Such a sweetheart!! She helped me with everything I was looking for around the store. Compared to the CVS in new Britain, this one is much better. All of their employees carry a positive attitude, but I must give Ava most of the credit as she helped me most. Will be coming back soon!

Being a regular customer of CVS I will say that CVS carry most brands of the highest quality products. CVS is well stocked. Customer service is excellent. Pharmacy staff is well trained and knowledgeable and always there to help.

The absolute WORST CVS in the state of Connecticut with customer service both over the phone & in person! This has got to be the only CVS that hires the most DISRESPECTFUL STAFF I’ve ever come across. Snotty, they hang up on their customers & instead of answering phones, will have you on hold for well over 30 minutes to ask a simple question of which when you do, they SNAP at you for asking a question they think EVERYONE in the world has probably already asked. I used to work here years back when the staff was polite. Now this CVS is trash in my eyes and you will NEVER get my service again. Walgreens is my go to now. Much better customer service & POLITE employees of which CVS SEVERELY LACKS!

CVS has the stupidest lunch break. Why not schedule employees for 30 min lunch break in shifts instead of shutting down the entire pharmacy?

This is the most ridiculous pharmacy I have ever seen. 98% of the time I have a terrible experience. Completely chaotic, under staffed, discombobulated. I could sit here and list the situations that have led me to this post but frankly I can’t even remember all the them. Just remember the following things:MAKE SURE it is no where close to 1:30 when you get there. That’s their lunch 1/2 hour and they will leave you even if you are the only person left in the line.Secondly, make sure you check goodrx or check for a coupon because they will not go out of their way to help you if you are paying 200.00 for a prescription and they know there is a way to get it for 20.00. (Through good ex or whatever)I am finally switching pharmacies because I just cannot deal with it, nor can I understand how such an important service can be so screwed up.

The most incompetent pharmacy I've ever seen. Don't ever think you'll be in and out without 50 made up issues that appear out of nowhere every time you go here. Walgreens is no better. This is what happens when two companies are allowed to put every small time pharmacy out of business within a 50 mile radius.
