I recently bought a few cigars here & tried their battleground series CSA Lee one, it was fantastic. I’m actually blown away by how great of a smoke it was. Super cool cigar shop, I’ll definitely be back!

I stopped in on the way to work and checked out what cigars were in stock. The employee there was showing someone (likely a paying member) something on their phone and didn't say a word to me until I was about to leave. No hello or other acknowledgement besides looking at me and going back to the phone.My first trip here a few months back was great and the staff was helpful, with the added bonus of it being on the way to work, but I'll definitely just go elsewhere now. The store wasn't even busy so I don't know what the problem was.

Not sure what happend last night at the booth next to the vermont flannel at the big e. Never been treated bad before by this place. The skinny guy behind the counter with short blonde hair must of had a bad night or something. I walked into the booth to find a Kentucky charoot but I didn't see them on the shelf so I waited for a moment for him to be free so I could ask if they had them in stock. I asked and said do you have any of the cheroots in stock by any chance and he said in a grumbley voice "well I guess we do but right now I don't have a place for them on the shelf and I would have to open one up" ( proceeds to roll eyes ), then I said "it's OK you don't have to I could always try a diffrent type of cigar" in a polite manner because I didn't feel like arguing. Then proceeded to say "I'm a little confused on why you even asked me if I had any, do you want one or not!?" So I quietly slipped back to the crowed and left I will never be coming back to here any time soon in the future...
