While backing out of my garage, I accidentally hit the side rail of the garage door and put a small dent in the front. In addition, I had the misfortune of owning a Honda with a clear coat problem which started to spread over the entire car. It was an embarrassment to drive, so I had no choice but to have it repainted. As I was planning to move, I asked my long-time trusty mechanic who to use and he highly recommended Ct. Custom Car. I stopped by for an estimate and they were beyond fair. Their wonderful receptionist was a pleasure to work with as I waited for their quote. They fixed the dent and did the most outstanding paint job I've ever seen. My old cream puff now looks like a shiny brand new car! So if you want the very best work done on your car, I highly recommend you go here.

The body work and paint work that was done was excellent. I expected the car to be much cleaner when I picked it up. There was still bondo dust all over the inside. The carpet was vacuumed and the drivers mat was left dirty. There is over spray on the driver's window and drivers side ground effects. Back seats had bondo dust on then. Drivers side mirror is nicked by the inside of mirror. Was not there before I took the car in. Car was not taken to a detailer to be cleaned. The rear strip on the trunk has a wrinkle in it. This car is very special to me. I clean it EVERY day. It is never dirty, driven in the rain or snow. I explained what a perfectionist I am before I had the car repaired there. There was no explanation of the repairs, no one showed me !

Ruined our car, looks like a kid repaired our car. There is no way to repair it now without replacing fender and bumper. Would never recommend them. The dealer we bought the car from brought it there to fix it.

Walt and his team are exceptional, professional and helpful. They have worked on three of my cars and have always done a great job. I just got into a minor accident and Walt made sure to squeeze me in so I can have my car ready for before Christmas (I need two cars for all of my family!)Great, great shop. The worst service I’ve had in my life after a four month wait after a 25 day quote with no communication I got ripped off and these unethical people let me drive away on a DANGEROUS vehicle that I have proof that these incompetent mechanics knowingly committed fraud, **** ***** ** ***** **** ********** worked on the car and made them full aware of this low life scam.. putting my children and I my own safety on the line! Their business knew my vehicle was faulty and still had the audacity to collect all the money I work for, after driving about 3 miles and being forced to hop on the highway I got stuck in the most dangerous location ever it didn’t make it more than 5 miles from the shop before my brand new car was completely and totally busted when they were supposed to be fixing it for my insurance this is leaving a foul taste in my mouth a business can be conducted this way on the Better Business Bureau I’m sure it will swiftly be behind me while persecuting these thieves
