Big Y Enfield has THE nicest lady working at the self checkout station - Stacey! She is always so happy and upbeat aside from being extremely responsive and helpful to all the customers needs. I look forward to my check out sessions every Sunday morning knowing she is there. Truly wonderful customer service with a positive attitude from her!

All I can do is say that Mercedes (has fore-arm tattoo’s) is the reason I shop at the Enfield location. I live in Windsor Locks and make the trip to Enfield. She is a “rock star” and I hope is recognized for what she does to support your brand. If not…..I’ll find her a position with my company in a second.

Stay away from the "food bar" not only was it twice as much as i thought it would be, i havent left my bathroom since. God bless this nation, do not get food poisoning, take my word for it.

Sandwiches are slowwwww. Watched the worker make 4 sandwiches (must’ve been online orders) before acknowledging me. Then left to do something else. No sandwich for me today

Cashiers are always friendly, fresh produce and seafood, large selection of frozen foods/ice cream/natural foods/ even pet food, and the deli has Boar's Head.
This store is very well managed.
Self checkout adds convenience, but the cashiers and baggers keep the lines moving, so you never have to wait long.
