My car was towed here today. The lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. My car was fixed and back in my possession in under two hours . I thought I wouldn't have a car for a few Days and was so relieved how quick it was .

[email protected]I am writing this as I sit in the AAA location in Endfield CT. My appointment is today at 4pm and I arrived early. Cassidy the service advisor and from what she said “assistant manager” was very rude. This isn’t the first time I’ve received this treatment from her and I feel it needs to be addressed. When a customer has questions they should be answered in a professional manner without attitude and when the customer walks away she should not be speaking about them to another associate at the desk. I’m literally sitting here facing her watching her speak about me to Rebecca which is very unprofessional. I came in with a coupon off your website and there seemed to be an issue with that being honored and if that’s the case then you shouldn’t honor coupons. I am also a member and should be treated as one due to my loyalty and this is the only location I go to but as of noble it may be my last time here due to the customer service I keep receiving from your so called “assistant manager.” I do not understand how you have someone like this as an “assistant manager” representing this company.

Explained to the person behind the counter that I am hearing impaired and asked him to speak up and look at me when talking to me. He kept looking away while talking and refused to speak louder. Granted it's not his fault I am hearing impaired, but he could have showed more consideration and kindness. I have been with AAA for some time, that may change.

I recently had an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was well. Four days later, I got a message on my car that the tire pressure needed attention . I went back to AAA to ask them to check the tire pressure and they told me that there was only one person and they couldn’t do it. Come back after work. I went back after work, the attendant was on her phone for a good 2 to 3 minutes before she acknowledged me and then she said to me oh I’ll show you how to check it yourself . I will show you how to check the first tire, then you can do the other 3 yourself .Seriously I’m paying 180 something dollars a Year for them not to check my tire pressures after I was just there less than a week ago and they did tire rotations. incredibly disappointed.

I asked for roadside assistance at 10pm. Called 20 times had to get the police involved. Didn't get serviced until 3am all I needed was a Jumpstart!

Excellent service. Cassidy was professional, thorough and friendly. I was very stressed due to a problem with two tires late at night, leading to have the car tolled and spending the night in a hotel, and she was very kind and supportive.

Had my car towed to AAA Tire & Auto on Hazard Ave on July 5th at approx 1:30pm to have a simple battery replacement. Was told they were short mechanics and really busy. Would get to it until the next day (Saturday). Called twice on Saturday, once at 2'sh and was told again, short mechanics and really busy and they would get to it. Called again near 4 and was told it looked like they would get to my car next. Asked what time they were opened until and was told 6pm. Called back at 5:15 and got a recording that the office was closed. Closed on Sunday, and opens again on Monday at 7:30. Three days without a car for a simple battery. PATHETIC. Will NEVER go to this place for any kind of Auto issues again. Still don't have my car back!

I recently had an incredible experience at AAA Enfield Tire and Auto thanks to one of their outstanding employees, Cassidy. After returning from a trip, I unfortunately returned to my car at the airport with a flat tire.
From the moment I called in to the store**, Cassidy was friendly and attentive, immediately offering to help with my situation. When I arrived, despite their busy schedule, Cassidy was empathetic and kind and offered several alternative solutions (my tires are a special order). What impressed me the most was the genuine concern and willingness to go above and beyond to get me back on the road safely.
(While I waited, and enjoyed the free coffee, I also overheard this same compassion when Cassidy was talking to a customer on the phone about what their car needed. Cassidy was kind and understanding to that person as well.)
Thanks to Cassidy, and the gentlemen who worked on my car, what was a stressful and disruptive situation turned into a positive and safe experience. I felt genuinely cared for and appreciated as a person first and customer second.
** To be perfectly honest, I didn't even realize AAA had brick and mortar locations until I Googled “tire”. There was DMV counter, a place to sit and talk a real live human about trips, etc. Also, they had nice safety kits, jumper cables, and other accessories for the car, including some nice luggage sets….definitely worth a look. And if I lived in the Enfield area, I would take my car there for service based on how I was treated.

Hide yo kids hide yo wife. My chick got charged nearly a grand for plugs, oil, fuel system clean. Woof. Won't let that happen again.
Edit: Uploaded receipt for proof minus personal information. Also worth noting that upon further inspection under the hood it does not appear that the spark plug boots or air intake were removed for spark plug access. Spark plugs could not be replaced without doing so. Evidence is that there is a lot of debris on top of the air intake that would have needed to be removed during replacement.
