Pulled up to the store in a snow storm. All pavement and parking spots covered in snow. Parked on the end of the row in front of the store next to the owner’s Mercedes in front of a dumpster to run in for all of 30 seconds. Came in the store to him yelling and screaming about why I parked there. I explained I can’t see any parking spots because of the snow and I was sorry. He continued to chastise me like a child until I walked out without making a purchase. There’s zero reason to go to this store with a brand new gas station next door with a wonderful staff. This store should be out of business shortly between that and their nasty attitude.

The owner of this store is the biggest gaslighter. He needs to learn to respect people! I was yelled at in front of everyone in the store for no reason for my uber eats order. This store needs to be shut down immediately

3 for 3 fresh tequitos....if you have 3 days off for a cleansing of the ages. A true gastric exorcism. I canceled any plans including work. Everytime I try to drive in less than I mile I turn home. I am so dehydrated I should of grabbed a water and a bible. A meal of wood splinters and laxatives would be easier to digest. May God be with you and stear you away from such cruelty.

THE WORST 7/11 IN THE COUNTRY! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! 4/9/24 I tried to pick up an Uber Eats order. The owner started to yell at me to show him the order. I showed him the order and he told me that's not the order amd proceeded to raise his voice.
I told him It was the order and he had the items in a box waiting. He then said it's a$20 order and your order is only $10. This was a 50% off promo on uber eats. The owner then told me to leave and called the police on me. This is the most unprofessional store owner that I have ever met. I travel coast to coast and have never encountered this in any store even in the worst of cities.
Pro tip. Get uber eats and order 50% off convenience stuff.

The Store Owner is the most ignorant, rude, and hateful Person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He's Rude to Customers, Bullies his Employees, overcharges People, changes the prices in his system to make more money and acts like he doesn't have to answer to anybody. It's shameful that 711 chooses someone like Him to be the Face of their franchise.

This store is disgusting . I took a bag of bread off the shelf ,and there was a dead mouse on the shelf where the bread was .and when I told the guy ,he was really nasty at me . And yelled at me in some weird language . Then he picked up the dead mouse and put the loaf of bread right back there and didn't wash the shelf or any thing .If I were any of you out there I would be careful about the warm snacks they serve cuz obviously there are mice crawling all over everything ????

Owner/clerk will overcharge you on everything. Prices aren't what is marked. He will say that's what the computer says the price is and will laugh and become belligerent. Use the Mobil convenience store down the street.

This is the worst convenience store I've ever been in they will try to rip you off if you don't watch what they're charging you for and they are rude as soon as you walk in and they know you're the only person in the store they walk away to go do something else and you have to wait at the counter and then they get upset with you I do not know why 7-Eleven still represents them or allows them to keep the store open and doesn't force them to sell it because it is absolutely despicable
