Do the associates make commission at the USPS? On my first visit, I had to ship back a clothing item with tracking on the parcel. I told the woman to choose the cheapest choice. She proceeds to choose 2 day shipping (that arrived over a week late) with an oversized envelope. It should have cost $7-$8, but it cost me $12. A few days later, I have 8 Christmas cards to mail. I go in for 8 stamps, and she tells me (same woman) that I can only buy them in books of 20. The "old crew" was much nicer and helpful.

Trying to find out WHY a package that they charged me 2 day delivery is still NOT delivered!!! I want my money back!! And then you cannot get a representative on the phone!!!

Mail getting delivered on WEBSTER RD./SCHOOLHOUSE RD. IS not getting delivered to the correct addresses , please look into this issue because it's gotten worse lately zip is 06029 and town is Ellington CT.Seniors are getting tired of this forshame.

I recently dropped off three Priority Mail packages. Amil, the Clerk who processed my shipments, was extremely polite, thoughtful and prompt, a model employee.
Based on other Google reviews, it seems the Ellington Post Office has a top notch crew. Keep up the great service ! You certainly know what the word means.

Tired of pulling out damaged packages from mailbox that have been crammed in there if you had trouble fitting it in guess what? We had trouble pulling it out. 4 separate occasions Today it was books that were going to be given as a gift one was damaged Kindly walk up to the customers house and leave it on doorstep if possible

About the same as any other post office. Guy working last time was slightly friendlier than average, they have the same supplies, and the same set of confusing, similarly named shipping options. More space inside than some, so a good option for crappy days.
