Worst product and customer service ever. I.was foolish enough to give this company a 2nd chance after the first custom.made bathroom vanity/ sink totally cracked and become filthy. I was told I used the wrong cleaner on the sink and that caused the damage. The area my sink is in must be custom made so I went back to try again. The product is beautiful...at first. It's been 6 years since 2nd sink install and same issue of cracking and I've never used any cleaner on it! Tried contacting them since there is a 5 year guarantee but that was useless.

I recently visited their showroom and was amazed by the quality and selection. The salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. What a great family owned business with top notch customer service. They definitely went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Syn-Mar for their grout free shower walls and floors. Along with their counter and vanity tops.

I visited the Syn-Mar show room and found the employees to be very helpful. We ordered a sink top and white tile look shower surround. We love the sink top but the tile surround was a disaster. Our contractor researched the correct installation of the wall and while cutting the piece out for the niche it broke into several pieces. FW Webb was willing to sell us another one at their cost but we were reluctant to spend another $800 on top of the original $2500 with no guarantee it wouldn't break.We decided to just have our shower tiled so it was an extremely costly shower. Buyers beware!

Awful quality, extremely heavy but super fragile, and chips on corners. Knew it was gonna be bad when they had a “dedicated repair team” if the product was good that would not be needed.

They have fabulous employees that are always patient, helpful, and know the answer to every question you ask. The work is beautiful and on top of all of that it is a local and family owned business!
