Mollie was a pleasure to work with! Everything was perfect! Mollie worked to change and re-position my straps, add a bustle, add pads to the chest and bring the dress in in certain areas. I loved it!

From the moment I met Mollie, I had complete confidence in her ability to alter my dress. Her experience and expertise were evident and I knew I wouldn’t have to worry about leaving my dress in her hands. My dress had an enormous train and complicated bustle, but Mollie made me feel completely at ease. The dress was even more stunning after alterations than it was before. I CANNOT recommend Mollie enough!

Mollie was my literal angel. I had ordered two dresses and decided last minute that I couldn’t make time to get them altered at the original shops where I purchased them. I contacted Mollie in a panic and she was so sweet and got me in right away. She did a phenomenal job with both dresses and I could not have been happier with the results.

If you read her website - you know she prides herself on her skill but also making wedding dress alterations stress free. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I came upon other reviews and found her. She did two dresses for me. One was a formal wedding gown from out of state purchased but without realizing the challenge of the fittings. 3 fittings later and she customized what the designer refused to do, made the train even more beautiful, and provided instructions to keep the straps in place for dancing. You could not see any evidence of the amount of lace detail she had to unsew and resew To maintain the pattern. I wanted a vintage look so she did a French bustle which - yes looked amazing- BUT the detailOf labeling the strings with words like love faith patience trust respect was so heartwarming.The second dress she took a highly beaded bodice and fit it to my shoulders and chest dimension and had this awesome idea to do a hemline shorter in front and longer on the back. I looked like ginger rogers on the dance floor!! - literally they both looked made to order for my figure

Mollie was absolutely amazing to work with. She altered my dress in one week even though it was scheduled for fittings over about a month and it does not show in the quality of work--my dress looks like it was done over a long period of time. She had to alter my dress which was about four sizes too big, and it looks absolutely the same as it did before, save for one part that was unavoidable. The back had to be brought in tight to compensate for making the dress a lot smaller but also maintaining the design. In short, Mollie is amazing, my dress is gorgeous, she is is professional and truly makes magic happen.She is very transparent with costs and keeps a running update to inform you of everything she did and how much time spent.If you can, contact Mollie, especially if you're worried your dress is complicated and could be ruined. Mollie is total magic.

I reached out to Mollie to have my wedding dress altered before my big day. She was quick to respond to online requests and promptly answered all questions I had prior to my first fitting. I was very nervous upon arrival, but Mollie was quick to be reassuring. She is knowledgeable and well versed in what needs to be done. She had me pinned and a plan for alterations done in less than an hour. She was efficient. She was forthcoming with her pricing, which is the BEST I have found. My dress was ready in less than 2 weeks. When I returned for the last fitting, it was perfect!! And the hidden touch.... she put words of affirmation in my bustle ties!! 17 words of affirmation to make me fool good on my special day! I highly recommend Mollie Frish for your bridal alterations! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Mollie was professional, quick, organized and an absolute dream to work with. Not only did she construct sleeves for my dress that was originally sleeveless, but she also made modesty panels that looked like they always belonged there across the back. I will add photos when I get some back, my wedding was 10/14/23. My dress was the most comfortable garment I ever wore all day. The bustle was BEAUTIFUL and comfortable! She took a lot of care in constructing it. She also professionally and courteously helped me navigate a couple small mishaps from the bridal store I purchased the dress at. Mollie was a pleasure to work with! Her schedule worked great with mine and she was able to complete the dress ahead of schedule. I wanted to switch out the attached belt and change the plunge to be more triangular than rectangular and she was able to accomplish both. She also hemmed to my size and added a bustle. The dress came out gorgeous. Would highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of having Mollie alter my wedding dress this past summer in preparation for my Halloween wedding in EPCOT. She was thorough, efficient, and made me feel incredibly confident every set of the alterations process! Her process was clear, she explained everything she did and why, and the results were just perfect! If you want to alter or customize your dress, Mollie is the ONLY person for the job! I have a large bust and my dress was too revealing. Mollie created a piece that seamlessly filled in the “V” in the gown’s neckline. I love lots of detail and sparkle, and I wanted to add that extra wow factor to my dress. And let me tell you…Mollie delivered the “wow!” She created a flowing bustlepiece with a bow, roses, and cascading lace that could be worn during the ceremony and taken off for the reception. She customized my veil with lace that matched my gown, and also had the patience to sew hundreds of crystals onto my dress! That’s amazing work and dedication! What she created was beyond anything I could have ever imagined. It was the romantic, fairytale, Victorian dress of my dreams!Throughout the design process, Mollie fostered a collaborative dynamic. She asked me questions and listened to what I wanted while also acting as a guide by presenting me with ideas of her own, as well as creative ways to execute my vision. She was knowledgeable and considerate. It was clear that she took my big day as seriously as I did, and her work reflects that. She kept me updated on her progress every step of the way. There are so many things I worried about when planning my wedding, but my dress wasn’t one of them. I knew I was in good hands with Mollie.Truthfully, finding a beautiful wedding dress isn’t hard. There are so many lovely dresses out there. I’m sure I would have felt beautiful no matter what I wore, but the dress that Mollie created for me was so much more than that. When I put it on and looked in the mirror, I didn’t just see a bride. I saw myself. I saw the person I feel like I am on the inside.My wedding was originally planned for 2020, but due to the pandemic, we had to reschedule for 2021. To say Mollie is a master is an understatement. She is a true artist when it comes to wedding dresses. When I was shopping for wedding dresses I couldn’t find what I wanted or something even close. I ended up falling in love with certain details of my romance by nicole dress like the lace and the shape but I hated the plunging neckline. Mollie made my wedding dress dreams come true by rebuilding the whole top half of the dress & adding sleeves that detached for my reception. Mollie made me the most incredibly beautiful (and long!) veil out of my grandmother's 1940s wedding dress AND a gorgeous headband using my great grandmothers 1920s wedding dress. The dress she made my headband out of was in horrible condition and still she managed to pull off a piece of art I will cherish forever ❤️

Mollie is amazing. She works very efficiently and has a lot of professional experience. She altered my sister's wedding dress a few years back, and I would not have trusted anyone else with my own wedding dress. She knows what she's doing, and always checks in with the "bride-to-be" to make sure she is happy. Mollie really worked her magic to preserve the dress and add some of my personal touches to create the dress beyond my dreams!
