If you go you have to get the girl in front otherwise nails will chip. They take walk ins and make customers wait. I tried to walk out yesterday as I had an appointment they didn't record and didn't have the time to wait.and the guy near register jumped out of his seat and wouldn't let me leave. It made the other customers uncomfortable. I've been going there for several years. Won't be back

Best nail salon ever! So clean and the nail techs are amazing. Just got my nails done for my birthday/Valentines Day and Mya nailed it!!! Love them, highly recommend.

We took my granddaughter to get her nails professionally done for the first time, for her 13th birthday. The person who did her nails was exceptionally rude, did a terribly sloppy job and was even ruder when I left a tip. I shouldn't have left the tip, I will never go there again and I've already told all of my friends who get their nails done about the treatment we experienced. We feel this was discriminatory treatment as no one else in the place was being treated the same way. We have no idea what the problem was with us.

Just loved my experience here! I walked in and was still able to be seen quickly. The basic pedicure was wonderful. It was so relaxing, I actually plan to boost up to one of their other packages because the foot massage was so incredible. The owner, "Tinman" I believe is his name... was just wonderful. You can tell he really cares about his business and his customers. My favorite part of the experience was the vibe of the entire place. The atmosphere was what you would want during a relaxing spa experience. They had beautiful, calm music playing and a giant tv that featured colorful animals and birds. What an UPGRADE from other salons that play the news, or keep the salon quiet. The workers were all in great moods, cracking jokes and smiling. Vibe is PARAMOUNT to me... and this place delivered. I was having a stressful day, and after I left... I felt calm and relaxed. I don't get my nails done often because it typically feels like a rushed, assembly line experience at some places but this spot had all I needed! I will be going back for my nail needs!

I don't know why I went to this nail salon as long as I did. The Men Who Run the place are usually rude and condescending. Every time I scheduled an appointment they kept me waiting a half hour to 45 minutes. And if I complained I noticed that they were working on two people at a time and they would try to squeeze me in . The last time I called I scheduled it for noon and I said I need to get in at noon and of course when I got there they said have a seat will get to you when we do. Left and went to Rainbow Nails in Vernon excellent excellent excellent they got me right in I had one person who gave me a pedicure manicure and waxing the price was less than Lucky Nails and the quality was much better I would not recommend Lucky Nails to anybody

Either bring your own tools (if that’s even allowed there) or be exposed to fungus, and other infections. they do NOT use clean tools!! Nail files are White and worn from other peoples feet, not disinfected & rinse tools in the pedicure water with your feet soaking in them!!! They do not sanitize any of the stations before you sit in a chair. Surprised this salon is still in business especially in Ellington!!! This was extremely disappointing, Im glad I know better than to let them use dirty tools on my body.
Please, Please educate yourself before trusting your body to an unhygienic salon. THIS ISN’T OKAY!!
