Worst bank ever. They will take a check you are depositing and place it in your saving with a hold on it because they don't know you personally. They also told us each branch can make their own policies and do what they want. Absolutely unprofessional.

This rating is strictly for an amazing staff they have. They deserve more then 2 stars for their excellent customer service.Really wish the hours were longer on some days past 4.

Mon to Wed they close at 4pm. Thurs and Fri they close at 5pm. Sat closed. No late night closing and no Sat hours. VERY INCONVENIENT FOR CUSTOMERS! No other bank has such restrictive hours of operation. Is it due to summer hours or covid? Who knows who cares? It's not good business practices for customers.

Poor lady in side is working by herself . I was in line about 10 min you can hear two other people in the back ground and she has the counter customers and the drive up customers. Get this person done help

Twice I had an appointment with a specific bank person and both times the person I had the appointment with was not there. Previous issues with this bank include high turnover of personnel, over 1 hour to open an account and when someone was supposed to get back to me..it never happened. NO CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER!

Just moved the area and needed a new bank, People’s bank wouldn’t let us open an account. I called Ally at the Ellington branch and she helped me open a new account instantly. She was very friendly, and made sure I opened the right account for my needs and let me know about other services they offer that would help me out. She also matched an extra 200 dollars bonus that I found online. So far I love this branch.

I’m very upset how I was just treated at keybank.. this person talking loudly so everyone can hear my business about my account.. was not right .. thinking very much about changing banks.. not happy !!

They can put your account on hold for suspicious activity when you are trying to pay your rent. when you talk to them to approve the transaction they tell you it's under the control of a computer program and people at the bank have no control over your money! scary and scamy!

Stood in drive thru right now for almost 5 min. No customer at counter. Lady teller didnt acknowledge me at all. Going to open an account elsewhere today. Very poor customer service. At least adress and say "ill be right with you". This is 2nd time it has happened. Wasted my gas driving here. Rude and unfriendly

No stars for this bank. The wait time is horrible and made worse by being able to see the tellers, managers etc. standing there chatting and on their phones. I disgusted with this bank. They are unethical in allowing my mother , with dementia, to re- order checks every week because she forget she ordered them. Mind you, she physically walks into the bank and talks to the teller. I am not making this up- she has order many checks but s ridiculous! And they are not free!

The bankers aren't very nice to work with, and make any kind of request or application a very impersonal experience. Seems they are only worried about their sales goals then actually helping the customers that come in.
