I've been going to Dr. Prichard at ECAC for 24 years now. I highly recommend the practice to anyone as he is very knowledge on the latest research and information. Everything is explained well with a compassionate approach and their fees are reasonable. The staff are friendly and professional, the practice is impeccably clean and efficiently managed. I'm so happy to have found out about them so long ago and have been extremely satisfied with the care they provide.

It's so hard for me to write this, My whole family brought all our pets there for years, we trusted them completely, 2 years ago Nico was tiny chihuahua, he got teeth cleaning, because that what the Dr. Ruth Ann Valli recommended, for 3 days he never got better, so my mom brought him back, asked them to take a look at him, they was rude to my mom, told her because Nico was old, they didn't want to see him, my mom made them see him, they didn't do anything about it, they must known that they did something wrong. a day later, I had rushed him to emergency vet in Windsor, because the Bolton couldn't take him, Nico died on the way to emergency vet in Windsor, no much they could do anymore, but the vet was kind, he still exam him, he told me that Ellington vet broke his jaw. We did Autopsy, Nico had bad heart, and kidney problem, We always took Nico to Ellington vet to got yearly check up and exam, and they didn't ever know his condition, did they ever listen to his heart before they performed general anesthesia?
if they recommend teeth cleaning for your tiny dog, please don't do it.

Best vet I've ever been to and I've owned animals my entire life. Very nice people and they aren't salesmen who are trying to empty your wallet, like some other vets in the area.

The vets here are fantastic. We are grateful for their medical care and health support for our pups. Vet staff is helpful and very nice. I refer them often and would refer them to anyone seeking quality care and guidance.

I would have to agree with all the other great reviews. Though on the more expensive side of vets, they definitely know what they're doing and I always feel confident when I bring my shep/lab mix to them. I love how they can fit me in same day when my boy has an infection etc. Thanks for helping me take care of our boy! We've seen all of the Dr's and they're all great.

Dr. Prichard is absolutely amazing. His passion for his work and genuine concern for his patients are evident. When my dog faced pancreatitis, he was the savior who rescued her. My dog means the world to me, and he truly saved her life. Going above and beyond, he even made a special visit on a day off to ensure she received essential treatment. I am beyond grateful and wholeheartedly endorse him to all pet owners in need.

Have been going to ECAC for 20 years and they are the best, most compassionate, staff. Dr. Pritchard is the most attentive and understanding vet and he is so thorough. I feel my dog/s always get the best treatment and I have happily recommended ECAC to friends who have thanked me ....they are in agreement with all the things I have said about ECAC.

We have been taking our two cats here since we adopted them as kittens and every single person we have interacted with here has been phenomenal! Their prices are very reasonable and they have emergency services if needed, though fortunately we've not had to use them. Our vet Dr. Barringer was extraordinary! She is extremely knowledgeable and, unlike other vets we have had in the past, was always willing to take the time to listen to our concerns and answer any questions we had. We are so sad to say goodbye to this excellent team, as unfortunately we are moving out of the area. I wholeheartedly recommend that anyone in the Ellington area consider this office for their vet needs!

My 3 pets have been taken very well care of by this vet clinic. The staff is always very friendly and I always admire their positive attitudes despite having very difficult jobs. My boyfriend and I took in a baby kitten a few months ago who was dumped and in very bad shape. They were able to get him in very soon after we found him and helped him recover. He is now a very healthy and crazy boy thanks to them saving his life! Even when I come in with my dogs, the staff at the front desk asks about him and how he is doing.Both of my dogs are nervous around new people, and the vet can be scary for any dog, but the clinic staff helps them both feel comfortable and safe. I will never take any of my pets anywhere else!
