I am so confused by the positive reviews here. I went for a pedicure on Friday and it was the worst pedicure I have received. I had Magoly and she rushed through and was very rough, I was in pain throughout. It also gave me an infection in two of my toes! My mom also had a very painful pedicure.
The weirdest part was partway through the pedicure she told me the nail polish color I picked would be $5 more because it was a “special color”. No where was that marked, and it was clear they wait until partially through so that you will just pay the up charge because she clearly saw the color I chose when I sat down and didn’t say anything. $5 isn’t a large sum but the way it was handled rubbed me the wrong way. Not to mention, only 4 days later my “special color” is already chipping off!
She also wrapped tissue between my toes instead of putting the usual foam separator in, my mom got the foam separator.
Definitely a terrible experience, I am extremely worried about my infection which is getting worse daily. Avoid this place at all cost.

Cleanest salon I've ever been in, excellent service! Highly recommend! The atmosphere is very nice also.

To be honest my service was okay overall. Johana did a good job cleaning up my feet. But I won't recommend doing my eyebrow there. My eyebrows are not bearly there but noticeable, still easy to clean up a little bit. The lady was not understanding how I will like my eyebrows to be done and she even had to get the owner or manager come in with a not understanding on her facee, made them worse and different shape. They need to learn how to clean or shape up eyebrows more better. So I have to them grow out again for another 2 to 3 months. I'm not looking for the best eyebrows person out there but at least have me feel like you have confidence as if you did this before or more than once.

brought my daughter in for her 3rd birthday to get her 1st manicure. They were very patient and went above and beyond to make her feel like a queen! She loved it, and talks about the nail salon regularly. THANK YOU!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!! NEVER come here I got my nails done a couple of days ago and they used a dirty file on my nails and now I have a fungal infection!!! very unsanitary and overpriced.

Went for my stepdaughter's homecoming mani pedi. Pedicure was fine, fairly standard, but they wanted to charge $97 got a gel manicure with extensions and that felt much too inflated when I get dip manis with extensions for under $60 in West Hartford. Will stick to emergency pedis only from now on.

Fantastic salon ! I get a gel manicure it literally lasts 3 weeks ! I’ve been to countless salons in CT . Hands down the best in customer service , cleanliness , quality and price . Would highly recommend!

This is my second time coming here. First time they did so bad on my sister full set she didn't have the lady paint them and she came back for them to be taken off. Sarah did great on my nails the first time. Then I called 2 weeks ahead for us to get pedicures with Sarah and lili and then we get there and Sarah doesn't work there anymore. Okay fine but then instead of lili we got Yuma even tho lili was working. Then they start doing my toes and they don't start my sisters toes for another 15-20 mins. This place is a mess. I will not be returning.

It's been awhile since I posted a review is C.S. Nails. Guess what? They're still wonderful! Clean environment, they have everyone wash their hands upon arrival. Disinfect the spa after every customer. Atmosphere is nice too. Soft music in the background, two large TV's, each turned to a different station, with subtitles on if you're interested in following the show. First and foremost though, they are meticulous. I almost wanted to say, "That's good enough, it's only my toes." The technician took such great care in getting it just right. Lovely leg and foot massage as well. But wait, there's more! As you sit waiting for your nails to dry there is a bonus shoulder massage as well. Honestly, there have been times when I have received 3 different massages! Monica, an owner, is so welcoming also. She makes you feel like their best customer, even if you haven't been in for awhile. They simply nail manicures and pedicures. (Found out today you can get a gel pedicure. I didn't know that. How great is that?!)
