Frank and Laura were delightful to work with while renovating our kitchen. Somehow Frank found more room in the same amount of space for storage. We are very happy with the layout, design and installation of the cabinets, counter top and trim. The work was done very meticulously by the installation team. We receive many compliments on the gray stained walnut cabinets and highly recommend Advanced Kitchens to all our friends.

This business should not be in business. I have been waiting 7 months for my cabinets (only 3 needed to finish my kitchen) and the owner never ordered them. He actually lied to my face numerous times stating that small orders sometimes takes longer. One time he stated that they called him and they actually started production - 2 months later I went to the business and come to find out they were never initially ordered. He also does not returns calls. He should be ashamed of himself. I am a widow and he took full advantage of me. He is a bold face liar. Do not go to this business!!!!! Read the other reviews and you will see similar issues. One star is a gift and he should not even get that. Karma.

They are not business people at all!!! I had a kitchen install about 2 years ago still have not finished the job snd reply from them at all. I thought I got good quality cabinets from them , Cone to find out they are cheap. Also put in a bathroom vanity still needs work 2 years later nothing.. They screw my husband and I with money and horrible workmanship! Please don’t use them for anything. The have no idea how to do business!Service: Kitchen cabinet installation

Remodeled my bath $3600. New sink and vanity and cabinet over commode. We are seniors. We made it very clear whatever we chose it would be in our BATH. MY HUSBAND ONLY ONE USING THIS MAIN BATH. Fell in love with Omega cabs. Signed contract. Installation day the cabinet over commode came with miter joints separating. Advanced had to replace immediately. Now miter joints on cabinet noticeably separated. CALLED REPEATEDLY FOR DAYS/WEEKS! Texted and called. No response. Had to hunt Laura down at her “other job”. Frank said Laura handles and Laura says Frank handles. No resolution. Says We knew that these cabinets should not be used in the bathroom from the tiny language on one of the contract pages we signed. Advanced knew they should not be used in the bathroom and did not EVER Represent to us not to use them in our bathroom. They took our money they don’t care. BTW Frank says Omega stands 100% behind their cabinet. I guess that’s fine as long as they don’t have a company misrepresenting the cabinets use. Stay away don’t use Advance kitchens, you won’t be happy. ** FYI The cabinets were originally delivered to us with miter joints split. So, it appears that this may be some factory defect in the paint unless the factory is" very damp" Bottom line is the customer service is TOTALLY MISSING HERE. GREAT IF YOU HAVE NO ISSUES. But Frank and Laura disappear if you need help.

Advanced kitchen did my countertop in the kitchen which turned out wonderful and did a vanity and top in my bathroom which was also a good experience. Now, not so good in experience. I need to contact them to find out who the company was who did my kitchen counters as I need a modification completed before new appliances arrive. I have called advanced kitchen three times and left messages no response. I have left both owners textsExpl my situation and four days no response. I wonder if they're no longer in business? Although there is a message on the phone to leave your name and number for an appointment but no luck very frustrating.

Our experience with Frank was stellar. Frank is communicative, responsive and he has a great work ethic. He developed a fantastic kitchen design for us and was just generally a great guy to chat/work with.

We had Advanced Kitchens renovate our kitchen when we purchased our home. The entire process was exceptional. Laura was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with in the design of our kitchen. She made some great suggestions that we hadn’t considered. These were things that ended up improving the overall flow and look of the kitchen. The cabinets that we chose are beautiful. The quality and workmanship are definitely high end. We shared some pictures of a design idea we liked and their carpenter was able to completely replicate the look. This is now a beautiful feature in the kitchen. We wanted a built in coffee maker and Laura worked it into the design perfectly. We love our new kitchen. The cabinets and granite are absolutely stunning. We are so happy with the end result and were so impressed at how easy Laura and Frank made the process. We have heard that kitchen renovations can be a nightmare. Thankfully our experience was the exact opposite. Advanced Kitchens is a company that is owned by two people who go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. We always do our best to support local businesses. We are so happy that we have such an awesome company right here in our small town. Thank you Laura & Frank for our absolutely amazing kitchen!! Highly recommend!!!

Work closely with Frank and Laura as fellow contractors and have had nothing but success! They put out a phenominal product and are very easy to work with and talk too! If you are in search of a kitchen or bath remodel contractor you should definately give Advanced Kitchens a call!!

We just finished a complete kitchen remodel and are thrilled with the results and our overall experience working with Advanced Kitchens! From our initial consultation, we felt very comfortable with Frank (co-owner with his wife). He is knowledgeable, helpful and very personable. His wife, Laura, was also excellent with whom to work. We had a very tight timeframe to complete the job and she made it happen! She coordinated everything and spelled out exactly what we needed to do and by when. They truly make you feel like you are old friends and your project is their top priority. Their designer, John, is extremely knowledgeable about every detail and did a great job with every request we gave him, including redesigning our center island several times until it met all of our needs. Their installer, Greg, is a true craftsman! He is meticulous and his attention to detail in form and function is beyond impressive. They are all incredibly responsive, whether in person, by phone, texts, or emails, they are there for you, to answer questions and keep you updated on every aspect of the project. They made what could have been a very stressful situation as smooth and easy as possible. We absolutely love our kitchen and highly recommend Advanced Kitchens!!!

We recently had our 1980's kitchen updated by Advanced Kitchens and are extremely pleased with the results! The new cabinets and granite countertops look fabulous and have added to the value and overall feel of our home. The office staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in the planning of this extensive project. They were patient and willing to answer all questions. They were very helpful in accommodating with our specific design needs. The installation went very smoothly. The installer was professional, meticulous, and impeccably clean. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend Advanced Kitchens!
