“Dr. Santisi is knowledgeable, caring, spends time listening and answering all questions and is never rushed. He also performs dentals which is a plus. Appointments are not difficult to schedule, and there is very little wait time on the appointment day.
The staff is very positive and skilled, and they respond to calls or texts quickly.
I would strongly recommend Dr. Santisi and Winslow Park Animal Hospital.”

“I've been going to these vets for 25+ yrs since they opened their doors and will continue to go to them as long as I have pets. The drs and staff are very compassionate towards your animal and you!! The front staff always greet you and your pet and will work with you to get you in asap, if needed. Even when my daughter ran in with an emergency, they dropped what they were doing and took our cat right in, did surgery on his eye with a full waiting room!!! That was a horrible accident but they were so reassuring and patient with my daughter. Countryside Vets is awesome. Thank you everyone there. ?”

“We had a wonderful experience at Norwalk Animal Hospital with Dr. Wolf and the entire vet tech and office staff during the two years we were in CT. Dr. Wolf is very compassionate and patient answering all of our questions for both our senior dog and young cat. We felt like she truly listened to our concerns, no matter how big or small, and gave us great guidance. When our dog was going through a recurring issue, she kept in close contact with us to try multiple solutions and being very responsive.”
“Can’t say enough about Dr. Stephanie and her crew. They truly honestly care about the animals in their care one of my two beautiful Collies a female was not feeling well. I took her there late on a Thursday I think and we found out she had a uterus infection and needed surgery immediately which she did just that afternoon, and I got her back after the surgery and she called me every day for four or five days to check to see how my dog was doing that’s the kind of service that everybody would want my dogs mean everything to me so if your animal means everything to you Then Cannondale animal clinic is the only place To go”
“The entire staff is incredible- compassionate, highly responsive, accommodating, friendly, etc. We’ve rotated vets within this clinic, based on availability, and each one is thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and tries to make my anxious dog as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Maxwell has been exclusively treating my dog the past 5 months for a variety of issues- from inexplicable, chronic vomiting & gas to a nail injury (entire nail tore off). The nail injury required many visits to properly treat it and it has healed beautifully. The vomiting persisted, so he was treated for dehydration, administered blood work, Xray & an ultrasound. The ultrasound uncovered a small, foreign object in his stomach, but no other serious concerns from the X-ray or ultrasound. So glad we did that work. Dr. Maxwell has excellent bedside manner, doesn’t rush the appointments, provides a good course of treatment and is so sweet to our dog.
We moved from out of state, too far from the clinic my dog has been going to for the past 4 yrs, and needed a new vet. We first came to South Wilton Vet for routine care in order to get a sense of the quality of care and realized immediately this was our new clinic.
I could not disagree more with the other reviews on here with respect to this clinic being “money hungry.” I’ve never once experienced the staff pushing unwarranted procedures, tests, vaccines or products on us. Are they expensive? Yes, but so was our former clinic in Nashville and they provided exceptional service as well. People either ignore the fact that clinics have overheads or struggling financially and can’t afford to treat their animals. Im sure the latter is incredibly frustrating, but personally, we would pay any kind of $ for our dog. I’m also not a vet, so I’ll never know if we’re being taken advantage of, but our dog is happy and healthy.. that’s what matters to us.
Tl;dr - we are extremely happy here and the prices are worth the spend!”

“I am giving this 5star review based on just 2 phone calls I had with Dr. Robb and his team over a 5yr span for our lol guy Enzo the lilac Boston terrier. He has guided me through his puppy year and now our guy will need surgery typical to BOAS bred animals and we are opting for none other than Dr. Robb. We live all the way in Canada ??..heres to hoping we can get him over that way to finally see/meet dr. Robb and the crew.?? “I can't say enough positive things about bethel village square veterinary. My son's Service dog was hit by a Car and doctor Paulin Saved his life if it wasn't for her Stabilizing him so we could get him to a trauma hospital which was VCA Shoreline hospital in Shelton, Connecticut.Who also were wonderful. We bring our baby Carley There now and they are always so pleasant to deal with.I highly recommend this practice.”

“Let me just say how great and accommodating this place is! My dog needed emergency surgery on a Saturday and I brought her to a 24 hour hospital in the area. The cost to do the surgery was astronomical! I understand that it could be quite expensive on a Saturday, but let’s just say that I could have taken a COUPLE of trips with the wife to Maldives! Lol. After I told him I couldn’t do it, one of the aides helped me by suggesting Highway animal Hospital. They immediately took her in and performed the surgery at much more reasonable rate. Everyone was absolutely the best in every aspect. I could immediately see that they cared for all animals that came in there. Dr. Fleming and her staff are the best. I will continue to get all veterinary services from here. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Dr. Fleming and all staff!”

“Dr. Basak-Smith and the entire team at Monroe Town & Country are incredible. “In February my dog was unable to use her back legs it hurt me to watch her not be able to walk so the very next day I bought her to the vet to see what was the cause of her sudden spiral the veterinarian informed me that she had ivdd and decided that she would need surgery to walk again or we could go with the option of medications but her chances to walk would be 40 percent I couldn't afford 11,000 dollar surgery so I made the choice to go with medication after 2 and a half weeks I didn't notice anything getting better so I did some research and came across acupuncture & cold laser having positive results in dogs with ivdd so I googled places where my dog could have these types of treatments in luckily I found Marcie fallek at first I wasn't sure her treatments would work I also was a little skeptical but I stuck with her advice & natural remedies after just a month of treatment A miracle happened she started using one leg shortly after she started using her other leg now she is starting to walk normal again I'm very grateful I found Marcie and stuck with her plan if it wasn't for her guidance & treatments my dog wouldn't be here today”

From our first visit she was attentive, caring, comprehensive and able to provide her expertise in a way that made our dog Boomer and us comfortable. We never feel rushed. She follows up (even with a late night call when warranted). She is careful containing costs where possible. We have weathered injuries, illness, behavioral issues and of course well visits all with Dr. Brault's help.I'll put it like this.
