Delivered unseasoned wood when on the website they state it is seasoned wood. Wet and unusable for this year. Claims wood was seasoned. It is foaming and liquid is coming out of logs. The logs are wet and are not dry on ends from seasoning. Have seasoned wood for many years and it is a shame the owner sells unseasoned wood claiming it is seasoned.

I was recommended this place by a neighbor. They told me they had a cute little hayride, donuts, and bonfire. They did have all of that However, the donuts were hard not as I expected. I was also not happy with our tree. Our tree is tiny and had a yellow tag which was considered to be $150. This place is very expensive for the quality of trees they have. I have been to other farms in the past years and have had beautiful 9ft trees for $85-$100. I personally thought these trees are over priced for the quality. Will not be back this place is way overpriced.

PROS:We have been to Maple Row Farm for many years. Their trees are beautiful and the experience is a fun family event. From the hot apple cider and donuts to their animals to the shop to their hayrides, it is a lot of fun!CONS:The trees for the last two years have had a lot of bugs on them and when we get home we are killing bugs for weeks. The price of the trees used to be fair, but with inflation paying $100 to cut down a tree seems silly. The price has increased outrageously from $50 to $100 in a short time.

Staff are friendly and intelligent and the visit with my family every year for a tree really is one of the best parts of the holiday season. festive decorations, hay rides on the weekends and hot cocoa and donuts you really can’t ask for anything more to ring in the spirit of Christmas. reasonably priced. i’ve had my tree for 2 weeks almost and it still smells like christmas tree in my house. can’t beat that smell then it really feels like christmas. nobody does it like maple row and nothing beats a fresh cut christmas tree

This farm has been owned by the same family for decades, and it shows. They were INCREDIBLY rude to my daughter and I (we are both new arrivals to town) - both the girl who gave out the tickets to affix to the trees and the checkout girls seemed to think that I was there to see them (rather than to be pampered as I paid almost $130 for the privilege to roll around the dirt and cut my tree with a DULL, SUBPAR saw). I hate that people like these are the face of Connecticut - mean, lowdown and obviously racist (yes; I saw a firefighter wearing a White Power jacket in the parking lot).

Love getting our Christmas tree here. They host tractor rides to pick your tree. They also have hot chocolate & coffee for sale. Make sure to visit the barn store for wreaths & other gifts.

So impressed with the online ordering system, and delivery execution from start to finish. Not to mention the quality and value of the mulch. Excellent all around.

A gorgeous farm that is tons of fun! We really enjoy that you can make a morning or afternoon of your tree getting experience by tailgating on site.

This place is awesome if you want a 3 or 4 foot tree. If you want something taller, go somewhere else. We spent 3 hours walking around and couldn't find a single tall tree.Perhaps we are too late this year? Who knows. It was a bummer to spend that much time only to leave empty handed. In a few years, maybe some of these tiny trees will be larger....

They have raised their rates EVERY year by $20. It is a rip off and ridiculously over priced. $118 for a tree?!?!

My family and I were so excited to have the first experience chopping our own tree down for the holidays! We learned about Maple Row Farm and headed straight over! 4 people who worked there greeted us and told us how to chop, how to tag and where to leave the tree, we did just how they directed. My daughter also picked out a 2' tree she wanted so we chopped that down too, how expensive could that be right? Come to find out ALL trees no matter what the size are $108... and all 4 employees failed to tell us.. I ended up spending $216 because they did not warn us. I was furious. My holiday cheer was replaced with anger and frustration and the women working there had the audacity to say to me "we get tired saying the same thing to everyone" that got me even more angry - that is called doing you job .. which you didn't do. The so called sign they say to warn you? Is the size of my hand .. I'm writing this to warn people, because not everyone could afford a mistake like this. How dare them!!!!

My husband and I visited today to cut our own Christmas tree. The two employees were so helpful! We cut our own tree (with a provided handsaw) and then they picked up our tree and brought it down to be wrapped and since it wasn’t busy, they helped attach to our car! We also bought a wreath and tree stand! PLUS: we brought our dog and they allow dogs on leashes :) we will be coming back next year!

I have been going here for the past 5 years. Run lock clockwork ever year! It may be a little more $. than than local lots or Home Depots, and significantly cheeper than a nursery your getting a FRESH tree that will last 5 weeks with minimal droppings!I know people who chose local and spent $160 plus one place priced at $600 for a 7/8 ft..
